Karina feels dizzy.

It's her first time inside Lucas' house. The guy literally has a three storey mansion with a lot of identical hallways that confuses the hell out of her. It didn't help that the beer she drank is starting to take a toll on her.

She found a metal door at the end of the hallway. She twisted the doorknob and pushed the door. The cold, fresh air immediately greeted her.

Indeed peaceful.

She can still hear the music from below, but it was faint. She stepped outside and closed the door behind her.

She slowly walked closer to the railings, glancing down from above.

'Too high.'

"Is it too noisy?"

Karina flinched as soon as she heard a voice. She looked around, trying to find where the voice came from, only to flinch once again when she heard a chuckle.

This time, she knows where to look.

"The noise below," Winter Kim said. "Does it bother you?"

There she is, the famous Winter 'Charming' Kim, standing just six feet away from Karina's left side. The singer is leaning her back on the railings. Her arms crossed, a can of beer is in her hand.

"Why are you here?"

Those were the first words that came out of Karina's mouth.

"Should I ask you the same question?" Winter gave her a side glance. "Why are you here?"

"...Ten Oppa suggested."

"Oh, Ten?" The singer chuckled. "He really doesn't want to make people feel uncomfortable."

Karina took notice of how Winter addressed the guy.

"You're close with him?"

"He's my brother." Winter said, and Karina's eyes widened, which made the former smirk. "Not by blood. I just treat him like one."

"O-oh." Karina murmured. "You're close with Lucas, then?"

Winter simply nodded. Karina watched as the singer bent down, taking a can of beer from the cooler beside her. She went up again and approached Karina, lending the can to her.

"Here."

"...Thanks." Karina was reluctant, but she did take the can of beer, anyway.

Winter didn't go back to her position earlier. She just stood there beside Karina, silently watching the people that were partying outside.

Karina opened the can of beer, immediately drinking what's inside.

"Careful," Winter broke the silence, not looking at Karina. "You might choke."

"I'm used to this."

"Still, you might choke."

"I have never choke on a beer before."

"You'll never know." Winter faced her.

The singer was a bit surprised since Karina is already looking at her too.

"...Maybe handing you that beer is a bad idea." Winter muttered as soon as she saw the girl's flushed face.

Karina is drunk.

"You smell good."

The singer stifled a laugh.

'Is this the snobber Yu that they kept talking about?'
