Karina wants attention.
She has been staring at the singer for ten minutes already, trying to figure out what's going on inside her mind.
"Baby…" She tried to call, yet Winter remained staring at nowhere.
"Winter…Winter!"
Finally, the said girl looked at her.
"Yes, baby?" Winter softly spoke and kissed Karina's head.
The latter just glared at her.
"What are you thinking about, huh?" Karina snarked as she moved away from Winter then crossed her arms.
"It's nothing." Winter smiled. "Why did you move away? come back here."
"You've been staring at nowhere for ten minutes. What are you thinking?" Karina said, not budging on her spot. "Who are you thinking of?"
"Who…?" Winter mumbled, as if she's asking herself. She then sighed and moved closer to the taller girl, quickly pulling her close so she wouldn't have a chance to move away again.
"I'm not thinking about anyone, Karina." The singer muttered. "And if I actually am, then that would be you."
"Cheesy!" Lucas suddenly exclaimed. "Get a room!"
All of them laughed.
Winter and Karina's friends merged once again after weeks of not talking to each other. Minju apologized to Yeji, and the latter apologized too. Now, they are currently at the school's garden (which has been their meetup place ever since), spending their free time together.
"What do you guys plan for Christmas?" Mark asked, taking all of their attention.
"I think I'll stay here." Ningning said. "I'm too lazy to go to China. Plus, I think my parents will fly here next month."
"Me too." Giselle said. "I don't think my parents will celebrate Christmas this year, they're too busy. So I'm gonna stay here."
Ten and Lucas nodded their heads, silently telling them that they will stay in the country too.
"So, no one will go abroad this year?" Mark asked once again.
"I guess so." Yeji said. "Why are you asking?"
"I have a plan."
"Oh no," Minju spoke. "Does this include me blacking out and waking up inside a bathtub the next morning?"
Mark grinned. "You guessed it."
"I like that plan." Ryujin spoke with a wide smile.
"I'm in, if you guys are." Ten said.
"I'm going if you're going." Winter muttered to the girl beside her.
"I'm going if you're going too." Karina softly said. Her snarky attitude is now gone.
"Well, are you going?"
"As long as you're with me, yes."
Winter chuckled and kissed Karina's cheek. "Okay, we'll go."
"We'll do it in my house!" Mark exclaimed, which made the both of them turn back their attention to him. "Are you guys all in?"
Everyone said their 'yes'.
They all stayed in the garden for an hour more until their free time ended and they had to go back to their respective classes.
While on her way to the history class, Winter saw Yeji running towards her so she slowed down her pace.
