Chapter 8 Summer Time

When they arrived, they did not expect to see a new room sticking out on the side supported by beams and magic.

"The new room sticking out is Harry's I build it over the course of the school year" said Mr Weasley

Harry turned to Ginny with an raised eyebrow.

"You didn't tell me" he said in a accusatory tone

She stuck her tongue out and said "It was a surprise silly" before grabbing his arm and pulling him forward.

They were the first to arrive and Harry explored his new room with the others slowly coming in.

"This is great Mr Weasley" said Harry

"Thank you Harry, but you can call me Arthur" said Mr Weasley

Harry and Ginny spend a lot of their times with each other, playing around in the garden or in each other's room.

This year the Weasley Brothers(but Percy) and Ginny showed Harry how to swim in the pond near the burrow.

They spent a lot of time swimming in their, in the time that Harry made his school homework Ginny was looking over his shoulder.

One evening Harry and Ginny are in his room both doing some shenanigans when there was a pop and house elf stood there.

"Who are you asked" Harry

"Me is Dobby, Harry Potter sir" said Dobby

"Why are you here Dobby?" asked Ginny

"Harry Potter sir is not to return to hogwarts sir" said Dobby

"Why" asked both at the same time.

"Something bad is going to happen th that is why Harry Potter sir should not return to hogwarts next year" explained

"I will go back next year understand nothing holds me back from doing it" siad Harry

"Well if Harry Potter sir, will go Dobby will stop him" he said before popping away.

"What do you think that meant?" she asked

"I don't know but, it sure won't be good" said Harry sitting himself on his bed against the wall Ginny joined him  and talked about what they could do tomorrow.

But having played hours in the pond has drained their energy and they fell asleep cuddled in each other, that's how Mrs Weasley found them.

The next day at breakfast an owl arrived with six letters, it were the hogwarts letters and Mrs Weasley dicided to go to Diagon alley to get the things.

They all put some cloaks on after breakfast and used the floo to go Diagon alley. Harry stumbled out a d was catched by Ginny

"Need help Potter?" she asked teasingly

"You wish Weasley" he answered back and waited for the rest to come.

"Okay, you can go for your supplies and I will get your books" said Mrs Weasley

They went over to the wall separating the pub from the alley and opened it. They all went in the children following the father while the mother went alone.

They all got their stuff easily with Harry buying her a wand. A 10 inch yew wood with dragon heartstrings.

After that they went to Flourish and Blotts and found a lot of people in there mostly witches. They also met Hermione therem

"Ladies and Gentlemen, Mr gilderoy Lockhart" said the announcer

Mrs Weasley Nad Hermione clapped while Ginny just stood next Harry.

"Make way there, please. Let me pass madam. Thank you. This is for the daily prophet." said the photographer

"It can't be. Harry Potter?" said Lockhart

Everyone inside of the shop turned to him, while he groaned. He felt a small soft hand slip into his hand, he looked at Ginny who was smiling at him, he smiled back.

"Harry Potter! Excuse me madam." said the photographer an pulled Harry forward making Ginny's hand slip from his.

"Nice big smile Harry, together you and I rate the front page" Lockhart whispered to Harry

"Ladies and gentlemen what an extraordinary moment this is. When young Harry stepped into Flourish and Blotts this morning to purchase my autobiography, magical me. Which, incidentally is currently celebrating it's 27th week atop the daily prophet bestseller list. He had no idea, that he would in fact be leaving with my entire collected works, free of charge" said Lockhart a having Harry under his arm before taking his books and giving them to Harry before letting him go back, where he put the books into Ginny's cauldron with her other books.

"You have it I'll by my own" he said smiling at her, she smiled back.

After taking the rest of the books they began making their way out of the shop when Draco Malfoy appeared.

"Bet you loved that Potter, always on the front page" said Draco

"Leave him alone" said Ginny

"Ah look at that got yourself a girlfriend" he said

Harry put his arm around Ginny's shoulder and pushed her into him.

"She si better then those two buffons you always hang around" said Harry making the other laugh while Draco sputtered

"Na na, Draco don't let it get to you" said a voice from behind him resting a cane on Draco's shoulder "Lucius Malfoy, Mr Potter" holding out a hand Harry shook it without much enthusiasm. "Your scar is a legend, like the wizard who did it"

"He killed my parents and was nothing more than a murderer" said Harry

"It's a shame that my family did get the custody over your guardianship, you would have been rich and in the right circles of society but you are associatign yourself with the lowest class" said Mr Malfoy shooting a look at Mr Weasley who was talking to Hermione's parents and taking the books out of her couldron afterwards.

"I'm rich and I like the family im in and the class of society I am" said Harry before taking Ginny's hand and going outside followed by the others.

They waited outside for their parents/guardians to arrive. They did after sometime and went home.

In the evening Harry and Ginny were looking through her books when they found a black diary.

"There is a name on the back" said Harry taking the book before clutch g his forehead with the other hand.

"What's happening Harry?" asked Ginny desperately, he threw the book away and stopped clutching his forehead.

"It has something to do with Voldemort, I got this feeling when I was in the forest last year in detention, let's take it down" said Harry

Ginny graped the book and went down with Harry by her side.

"Mum can you call the headmaster?" asked Ginny

"Why, should I ginny theres is no reason right?" she asked her only daughter

"Well we just found something from Voldemort" she said, thanks to Harry she had lost fear of the name.

Mrs Weasley shrieked at went to the floo and called the headmaster.
Meanwhile Ginny was holding Harry's hand.

"What do you think will happen?" she asked

"I don't know but I know who did it, Malfoy, maybe it was that Dobby was saying about me not going to hogwarts because it's dangerous" said Harry

Just then the headmaster came in.

"Hello Harry, miss Weasley. What have you found" he said

"We found this diary in my books and Harry said he got the same pain he got last year in the forest with Voldemort" said Ginny holding out the book to Dumbledore

He took it and looked around and saw the name of Tom Riddle

"Thank you, for bringing this to my attention. I will see you in Hogwarts" said Dumbledore before going back to Hogwarts
