"One word: Heaven!" Vincent cheered while chewing loudly. Of course, he won the rock, paper, scissors game against Mary. And here is Mary, sowly removing some pieces of meat on the pizza because she keeps on saying...
"This is too much fats for me." She sighs.
I laughed at the both of them and just ate my pizza. It was divided into 8 slices, which means one of us gets not to eat 3 pieces. And I have a gut feeling that that would totallly be Mary. She's too picky while eating because of calories, fat, blah, blah, blah.
"You know, it's not that deadly if you eat those. You only eat meat rarely. Plus, it gives energy to your body." I explained and nodded at her.
"Stop getting against me and my food issues, you two." She grunted and we both chuckled.
We're now in my room eating the pizza. Because I said so. They followed anyway. Vincent and I are sitting on my bed while Mary was seating at the chair near my bedroom window. She's viewing the houses near ours since we're at the second floor.
All of us were on our second pizza. "Hey Mary." Vincent called while she looked at the window.
"Yeah?" she asked and turned to us.
"You won't get a third pizza while we will."
"I know. It's not a loss for me." She poked her tongue at him and he ckuckled.
"Yeah, I'm sure with that. Look at Rianne. Be like her. She's not conscious of thos things that you are to worried about. But look, she's still hot." He smirked at me. That was my cue to slap his arm.
"Ow! What was that for?"
"What else do you think?" I glared at him.
"What else do I think?" He repeated. "I was complimenting you!"
I blushed and Mary made this "Aww." sound again. As usual.
"She's blushing, Vincent!" She said. "God, Rianne. You're growing up. He does have this effect on you, does he?"
They were both looking at me, except that Vincent was giving me this intense look. I faked a laugh.
"N-no. It must be the Hot sauce, it's very spicy you know and is it me or is it getting hot in here?" I changed the topic to save myself but I knew I couldn't save myself anymore with Mary around. She knows me too much.
"Stop changing the subject. Aww. You two look cute!" She shouted.
Vincent laughed and when I looked at him, I saw his left arm at the pillow behind my back. I need space. I felt blood rushing through my cheeks.
"Do you both like each other? Is that why I saw you two eating and watching movies hours ago?" She raised an eyebrow.
"No!" I said. "It was just that... we were bored."
"You two were bored?"
"Yeah, we were." Vincent replied. Thank God he finally saved me and responded. I was alone there in the air.
She stared at us for a moment and just nodded but had that evil smile on her face. Vincent and I reached for our third pizza when our hands touched accidentally.
I looked at him.
He looked at me.
My eyebrows raised.
He smiled so genuine at me.
He got the pizza that we both reached for then handed it to me. He got the other one.
