"Okay, after this video we're gonna head over to your house to pick up some stuff." Gabriel nodded, still trying to catch his breath from laughing so hard. After the confirmation from his friends, he and Alexander had spent some time catching up on the past and then talking about what he would do after he had graduated high school this time. Then after the conversation died off, they went onto their phones and just enjoyed each other's presence until Gabriel had leaned over and shown him a funny video clip from a compilation he had been watching and they had both gotten sucked into watching video after video.
"God it's already four, yeah then after this video we'll be productive." Gabriel nodded before pressing play on the paused video. Alexander nodded as well before his focus was completely on a video of a person putting a pink flower on a cat's hand and then the audio playing 'the prophecy was true.'
"Stop, come on, we said we'd be productive after that video finished." Alexander scolded as Gabriel went to play another video. The white-haired teen whined before turning off his phone and sitting up from the comfortable position they had fallen into while watching videos. He turned and gave a friendly glare to the Fae as he stretched slightly, his ears pinned playfully to the sides of his head in displeasure.
"Fine but when we relax this evening, you best believe I'm gonna force you to watch more videos with me." A slight pout on his pale face as he went to stand up. Doing a full stretch, making his body quiver slightly. His tails swished behind him as he moved along, endlessly twisting around each other. Alexander remembered watching Gabriels tail move in such a fashion as a child as well. He had spent hours of boring days watching with endless curiosity and amazement when he would reach out to touch the said tail, only to have it pull away and get his head rubbed or a hand scratching pleasantly at his scalp in return. He remembered having conversations with Gabriel about how his tail seemed to have a mind of its own, finding out that his tail portrait all of his emotions in their bare-ist forms. Now it had multiplied seeing as how he had three tails in total now.
"When you have your tails out, is it hard to hide your feelings now that you have three?" Alexander asked, childish wonder shining through his eyes as he watched the tails swish through the space behind the omega.
"Yeah, it was hard enough learning how to control the one I had at the beginning. Imagine my surprise when the second one formed." Gabriel sighed, reaching back to stroke his tails fondly before he frowned and looked back towards Alexander. "The third is the reason why I keep my sealing jewelry. If I can't control my emotions they just pop out and share how I'm feeling to the whole world- or at least the people around me." The Fae nodded in understanding as they walked to where they had removed their shoes before getting comfortable on the couch. Gabriel slipped his sock-clad feet back into his shoes before he focused for a second and felt the weight of his tails and ears pull back into his body. He quickly fastened his black disk-shaped stud earrings before he gently rearranged the back of his shirt and pants and then turned back to Alexander.
"Want to use a door again or should we drive?" Gone was the Fae's ethereal voice, back to the glamored voice that he had. Gabriel looked up at his face and smiled as he was greeted by Alexander's more human features. Even though he and his friends knew what he truly was, most of the others in Gabriels neighborhood didn't. It was a protective measure seeing as Faes had once been hunted to be used in alchemy and by other supernatural beings for other reasons. So they limited the information to those they saw as trustworthy.
"I want to say drive, but the traffic back to where I live is terrible this time of day. So you're gonna have to use a door," Gabriel sighed, closing his eyes as he turned to face Alexander's chest and pulling in his arms. The omega felt and heard the Fae laugh as he was wrapped in his arms.
