The Next Morning
Only the whole family was gathered in the garden area for the next small ceremony of Chooda, it was the morning of the wedding day. Riddhima was sitting on the decorated swing while everyone was surrounding her. Ansh just came downstairs, while Meera wasn't there, she went to bring the stuff for the ceremony from Taarey's room.
Riddhima's face was glowing and seeing her like that everyone was feeling happy. Only tanay wasn't allowed in the ceremony, although he was so stubborn that Ansh and Aarav literally had to lock him inside his room before he could gatecrash the ritual.
Ansh's trance broke hearing the payal sound, and he knew who it was, smiling he turned around and his breath hitched once again for the nth time by now seeing Meera coming there with a tray covered with cloth in her hand. Dressed in a simple red Patiala suit with gota, hair tied and swept on the right shoulder, ears dangling log earrings with her nuptials. Her dark henna, almost black by now with wedding bangles, the peeking wedding chain from under her dupatta, she looked so simple yet ethereal. Ansh finally released the breath he held thinking,
