October 31st - When we stop accepting entries and judging begins (happy Halloween!)
November 30th - When judging results are due
December 14th-21st - When we announce results and give out prizes
These dates can change, so we will do our best to update you if/when they do! If a genre closes before October 31st, judging will begin whenever it has closed. All genres that haven't been closed by the 31st will close on the 31st, no exceptions.
