[Chapter ten: Dares]

2 days until race day...
Yoongi wakes up that morning feeling refreshed, something that doesn't really happen often so he's a bit surprised. He gets out of bed, prompting to get himself ready for today's training session. He walks out of his room, passing by the calendar which had the day of the cup circled in red marker.
June 6th.
Two days away.
He quickly devours his cereal and changes out of his pajamas to slip out the house, walking towards his car. He locks the door, starts the engine, and begins to drive out of his neighborhood, heading towards the racing facility.
Before Yoongi could actually get out of his car, he remembers something, making him freeze in his spot.
All the events from the day before had come rushing back into his head. He remembers how he and Hoseok had gone on a so-called "date" as Namjoon liked to call it. He remembers that encounter with Chanyeol, and lastly, he remembers crying.
In front of Hoseok.
Oh how was he going to face him now?
Maybe I can call in sick today. He thinks.
Yes, that's a great idea.
He reaches his hand towards the gear to grab it, but is interrupted by the ringing of his phone. He picks it up to see Namjoon calling him.
"Oh, hey Namjoon."
"My god Yoongi why aren't you getting out of your car, I've been waiting for so long."
"You- I- Wha-"
"I can literally see you through my window, get your ass over here."
"But I'm—"
"You're not at home, that's you, I see you, we only have two days left, come on now."
Well great.
Yoongi sucks in a deep breath before answering.
"Alright, I'm coming."
All he had to do was avoid Hoseok, and he should be good.
