Once I did up my jacket and fastened my gloves I headed out of the wagon. Last night had been explicit, one that I was glad that I didn't have to hide about. Later on, when I would go back to the Druids, I had a rough estimate about what I was going to say. I still though, was on the edge. Deep down, my mind feared that out of anger, Linda or Alex would mention it to Avalon, or Evergray. If Linda had reacted that bad, then I had no clue on how the rest were going to take it. I hoped they wouldn't hold it against me, and if they did, then that was something that I would have to deal with later.

I quickly worked my way closer towards the tent as the rain continued to pour down, a cold gust blowing against me as I opened the tent flap. As I did so, I saw the arena was filled with props; boxes, lights, supplies, ramps, poles, and much more. I looked around, seeing Ydris standing above in the audience seating. As I worked my way up, his eyes focused on the short figure that left the back of the tent. His arms were folded over his chest and he seemed to be mumbling something as Xin placed the boxes down, one slightly dented. Once I was uptop, his attention turned, his gaze locking on mine. Instantly his face went into a sly grin as I worked my way over, standing by his side as I turned my attention below.

"If it wasn't for this fool's incompetence, one wouldn't have to continuously take command of everything," Ydris said, his attention back on Xin. "At times I wonder what any good he does in the smallest ways."

"He's good when he's doing his acts," I said, watching him.

Ydris smirked. "Intervening in certain circumstances would be a flaw, my dove. Along with his capability to speak and interact with others."

I swallowed, my mind lingering as I thought back to our past encounters. Even without much background knowledge of him, I could still frame together a few pieces. I broke out my thoughts, hearing the sound of something striking hard. I looked down, seeing that one of the poles had collapsed onto one of the boxes, making it tear out of the sides. I heard Ydris let out a breath as the jester grabbed the pole, trying to move it off of the box.

"I'm surprised that he hasn't torn down the place yet, yet alone himself."

I grinned slightly at his comment, watching as Xin grabbed the end, pulling it towards him as he stepped backwards. His step was small and the pole seemed far from moving until it let go, making Xin lose his grip. I swallowed down a grin as he adjusted before he continued on, his gaze flickering up towards me. I quickly looked away, my eyes going to another box as I tried to ignore the uncomfortable feeling that returned. I continued to watch the jester for a bit before I turned away, walking towards the stairs and heading down before I felt a light hold on my hand, bringing me back.

I turned, seeing Ydris holding my touch, a pleased look on his face as he pulled me forward lightly, bringing me closer towards him. "Off to see what concludes the Druids and their minds today ma cherie?"

I felt myself look into his gaze, the look from last night glinted in his eyes as I felt him softly hold my chin, guiding it up as my stomach danced around. "Unfortunately," I said, my eyes dancing over him.

"Like I've said before, one must fool in the act so others minds may not linger," he said, the shrill of last night returning in my chest.

My heartbeat increased as I felt him guide my chin up, inching it closer towards him as his alluring smile got wider.

"On such a note, one must have to deal with the proccupents that must provide my supervision here. I can't bring myself to let the buffon take over the slightest amount of work that is needed," he spoke, his voice on the edge of a whisper.
