This had to be the worst part.

Luna hated sixth period with a passion since the "accident" why, you ask? Sixth period is the period in which she has dance team practice. And she hates the fact that she can't do a single move of any sort.

The Blake "encouraged" (pretty much forced) their students to take a sport or an extracurricular activity of some sort to spice up their transcripts, Luna being, well Luna, wanted to be up on her feet and she chose cheer, Nina chose photography, Ámbar was captain of the Cross Country team, Gaston was captain of the basketball team, Jim and Ramiro were co-captains of the dance team and Yam made the costumes for the cheer team Luna was the captain of, and Matteo? He was captain of the volleyball team. Everyone thought he'd go for football or basketball, but no, him being that tall was a great advantage in volleyball. Luna doesn't know any of this, she swears.

Luna loved sixth period, she would get to see most of her friends and she got to do what she loved. But now with the injury, she was stuck in the office of the school's Athletic Trainer. Unwrap your ankle, ice it, re-wrap your ankle, repeat.

Currently? She was doing exactly that, icing her unwrapped ankle on one of the tables. She would see athletes come and go, getting their hands or shoulders or legs wrapped, she wasn't doing great with the whole "sitting still" thing, she was Luna Valente after all.

Eventually she remembered that the football players would be in soon, and even though none of her actual friends were in it, she was on pretty good terms with most of the team.

"YO VALENTEEEE!!" She heard the guys, she instantly smiled, seeing five of the football players making their way towards her. She waved from where she was sitting, she still had five minutes of icing before getting wrapped.

"Hello people who are still very much standing" she said, hoping they wouldn't take her injury too seriously.

"Hello person who obviously is not" one of the boys said, offering her a proud smile.

"You ready for the game tonight? Or will one of you decide to join in on my fun?" She joked, she liked teasing them, they were the only guys she could tease, seeing as Matteo made her nervous and Simon knew her too well.

"Unfortunately dear Luna, you will have to be of company to yourself tonight." Another guy said, giving her his biggest grin, and a thumbs up.

"Oh well that s-" Luna couldn't fully answer before she saw a familiar head of curls enter the room.

The football boys saw Luna lose her train of thought, this happened more often than Luna would like, but they always knew why, it wasn't a secret around the school that Matteo and Luna tiptoed around the other, making their attraction for each other painfully obvious. So when the boys saw her eyes race to the door, and just widen up a bit, they knew that the curly headed boy was there, the boys smirked, ready to tease Luna.

"Earth to Juliet!!" The boys knew the chances of getting her back were slim to none, but they had to try. "Julieeeet" they waved by her face until she finally responded, smacking the hands waving at her.

The boys pouted. "Ouch juliet, we were just trying to make sure Romeo over there didn't notice you looking into his soul."

Luna's eye widened even more, she was still trying to process the fact that everyone knew about her crush on Matteo except for her and well, the idiot that just walked into the room.
