Hi all!
First of all, I'm sorry for updating without a new chapter for you all; however, it has been brought to my attention that my book may be considered disrespectful to the Asexual community. I, in no way, meant to disrepsect the Asexual commuity, nor did I have any malicious intentions.
I have recently been made aware that, in the Marvel Comics, Yelena is portrayed as asexual and would like to respect this representation throughout my book.
I would like to whole-heartedly apologise to anyone who felt disrespected or unrepresented as a result of my previous lack of knowledge on the Asexual community. After research and consideration on how to continue my book, and even considering discontinuing the publishing of this book, I have been educated on the fact that many Asexuals tend to have romantic tendencies, rather than both sexual and romantic.
To continue mny book with the uttermost respect to the Asexual community I have decided to explore the relationship between Yelena and Karina with more consideration and influence of Yelena's asexuality.
Again, I just want to apologise and express how truly sorry I am; if any of you have any ideas or thoughts to how I can continue my book whilst still exploring Yelena's Asexuality. As someone who does not identify as Asexual I plan to research further on the commuity before continuing my book, I would appreciate any feedback or ideas as I educate myself.
