Cassandra's POV
Last period ended and Rowan walked me outside of the school. He was sweet through the whole day and helped me get to class. How can this pretty boy be with a bad group of people? He was the only one who helped me all day but yet I shouldn't be near him. Since his girlfriend hates me already and I don't want to cause anymore drama then there already is. He walked me down the steps of the school and smiled at me.
"It was nice meeting you," he smiled.
"Likewise," I smiled back at him and then shivered because the cold wind hit me.
"Wait are you cold?" he asked looking at me as I wrap my arms around myself.
"No... Just a bit... But it's no big deal," I laughed a little and saw he was taking off his jacket.
"Here wear this," he said putting his jacket around me,"You can just give it back later."
"Oh really? You don't mind? I mean...." I stayed there looking down at the ground,"Won't you be cold yourself?"
"Nahh my car is around the corner so I'll be fine," he laughed,"And are you driving home or walking?"
"Oh... Walking," I said putting on his jacket to make myself more comfortable in it.
"I would offer you a ride buuutttt I always give a ride to Starr and take her home," he sighed and then looked at me with a smile.
"Oh well thanks anyways," I said,"but I have to go before my sister throws a fit that I'm not home on time."
"Alright I'll see you around," he said and walked off while waving at me.
I smiled and waved back at him. I turned and kept walking until I saw that brown haired girl from before with the other two guys by her. She crossed her arms in front of her chest and walked over to me with a mad expression.
"May I help you?" I asked as I looked at her.
"Stay away from Rowan," The girl said,"He already has a girlfriend which if you haven't notice it's Starr."
"Yea I know," I said looking at her with plain expression,"Either way not interested in him like that."
"Well umm good! I think...." she said trying to use her pretty little brain,"But if you cross her again or take Rowan away from her she'll make your life a living hell."
"Oh am I suppose to be scared?" I asked and did a little fake yell,"oh my god she's gonna ruin my life! I'm so scared! Someone please help me!" I looked at her again and then laughed,"Yea I really don't care."
"Uhhh well you should be!" she yelled,"Or or... I got nothing."
"That's what I thought," I sighed and walked passes her,"I have no fear in anything... You should pick up on it, might become more brave."
I smiled to myself as I kept on walking. I kind of remember the way home but yet not really. All I remember is we passed stores in the town before we got to the school. Then houses and then we were in the school. So far I was on the right track passing the houses and going to the stores. I walked through the stores not sure where to turn. I stayed and looked around the place.
I was lost... Great First day out into the town and I get lost. I sighed and then jumped when I heard a loud sound behind me. I turned around and saw a lady with two boxes on the floor.
