I walked for a little while amazed how everything felt real but sadly I haven't ran into any monsters. I sighed and leaned onto a tree. How am I suppose to become stronger if I can't find any monsters to fight? I sighed again and then felt the tree I was leaning on moved. I turned around and realized I wasn't leaning on a tree. It was this creature that was as big as a bear and looked a bit like one. I moved back grabbing a hold of my sword.
This was my chance to fight and make me stronger! I pulled out my sword and look at it. It roars and I jump a little to how loud it was but it didn't scare me. This might be the lest scariest thing I'm going to fight today and I'm not backing down now! I run at it and slice it in half. It poofs as if telling me it was killed. I smiled and cheered by myself.
Then three more came into view as I was cheering. I guess the one I killed had a few friends... I grip my sword and look at them. They came running at me. I jumped in midair and hit one of them to the ground as I slice the other one behind it. I ran to the third one and did the same. I smiled and took a deep breath.
"Watch out!" A voice called out and I was tackled to the ground.
The person gets up and slices the creature with his sword. He turns and looks at me. He smiles as he reaches his hand out to me. His blonde hair falling perfectly onto his face.
"I'm sorry but if I didn't do that you would of been killed," he laughed as I took his hand and he lift me up to my feet again.
"It's fine," I smiled and saw another one coming at him.
I reached for my sword but it was on the ground. I pulled my gun out and pushed him out of the way. I shot the creature in the head and it poofs like the others.
"I guess now we're even," I said looking down at him," I'm sorry."
"It's fine like you said we're even," he laughed as he got up,"But a sword and a gun? That's pretty sweet."
"Yea," I said putting my gun away and grabbing my sword and doing the same,"One was a gift from a friend."
"That's nice," he smiled,"I'm Tyson by the way."
"Rais," I smiled,"Are you heading to the village?"
"Yea," he said,"I can show you the way? If you know, don't know how to get there."
"That'll mean a lot to me," I smiled at him.
"Alright then lets get going," he said and he began walking
I followed Tyson through the woods. We worked together destroying every monster that came at us. We finally made it to the village and I looked at it in amazement. Everything looked beautiful and there were plants growing on the buildings.
"This place is wonderful," I said as my gaze didn't leave the village.
"Yea," Tyson said,"But lets go check into the rooms over there."
He pointed at a large building that could most likely be a hotel. I nodded my head and we made our way to it. We walked in and there was a girl with brown hair sitting at the desk. Her green eyes lite up when they looked at us.
"Welcome back Tyson," She smiled at him,"Need a room for the both of yous?"
She waved her hand in the air and a screen showed up in front of her. She scanned the screen and looked at Tyson.
"Two rooms, one for myself and one for Rias," he said smiling at her.
"I kind of sold my last single room to someone else," she frowned a bit,"Buuuttt I can give you guys a room that has two beds and it won't be that awkward to share!"
"Do you want to share a room for tonight?" Tyson asked as he looked at me with blue eyes.
"Ohh ummm I don't really mind," I said staring at him.
"Alright a room with two beds coming right up!" the girl said while touching the screen.
The screen disappeared and two cards were floating in its place. She grabs the cards and smiles at us.
"Who's paying?" she asked,"Or you guys can split it so it'll be hundred coins each."
I pulled out a hundred coins and placed it on the desk fast. She hands me a card and looks over at Tyson. He pulls out hundred as well and gives it to the girl. She smiles and hands the card to Tyson as well.
"You guys can stay as long as you like but you have to pay 50 coins a day," She smiled,"And please go check out the town and if you want to level up you can go to the training room where my sister is at."
"I think I'll take her to the training room, Gina," Tyson said looking at me,"So she can at least be close to the level I am at but of course I hope she doesn't mind."
I look up at my level meter and saw I was at level seven. I was already this high in one day? I thought I'll be lower than seven since I just joined a few minutes ago.
"I don't mind," I told Tyson,"I have to keep up with everyone since I just started today."
"Alright," Tyson smiled as he put the card away,"Let's make our ways there then."
"Have fun kids!" Gina yelled at us as we began walking away.
"See you when we get back, Gina," Tyson waved at her and we walked out of the building.
I followed him until we came to a stop in front of another building. This one wasn't as tall as the other one but it was more wide. He opens the door and lets me go in first. I looked around and saw people in here chatting and watching a screen of people fighting. I guess this might be the waiting place or hang out room. It seems to be the most favorite place here.
"C'mon lets get you set up," Tyson said and he pulled me to another door.
This room was different than the other one we just left. The walls and floor were made of blue steel and light was coming from the ceilings. Tyson walks up to an empty desk and rings a bell that was placed on it.
"Tyson!" A girl that looks like Gina popped out of nowhere,"Oh you brought a friend!"
"Yea, I wanted to show her around and level her up as high as me," Tyson answered,"She's a beginner."
"Well I can put her in the first door since she's new," Gina's twin smiled as a screen pops up and she taps on it,"Alright follow the arrows to your room so your training can start."
The floor began to show white arrows that lead to a door. I followed them and the door opens. I stepped inside to see it was a bit small but enough to fight someone else. I took in a deep breath and let it out slowly as the monster before showed up.
I can do this! I can take it down and catch up to everyone! Even Tyson!
I grabbed my sword and made my way to the monster who's name popped up on top of it, a Bearen.
