"Why can't I come with you?!" I yell, it isn't the best choise to yell at Loki but right now I don't care. "Y/N we've already discussed this." Loki says in a calm tone, he's sitting at his desk writing something down on a paper, probably something about the new laws.
"I don't care. I don't want to be here alone." I complain. He sighs and stands up from his chair. "You're not alone, there are enough guards here and you can go to the stables if you want to." He says while putting away some papers and his pen. "I can send that maide, what's her name again?"
"Lisa." I answer and cross my arms. "No, I'll find something to do by myself." I say and turn my back on him. I hear him sigh and walk closer to me, he takes my shoulders in his hands and shakes me a little. "Come on, don't be like that. You know that I don't like it when you act like that."
"Well that's what happens when you adopt a teenager and don't allow her to have any friends of her age." I mutter and instandly regret it. "Okay that's enough." Loki says coldly. "Go back to your room. You're not coming out of your room untill I'm back." He commands and I turn around to glare at him. "Now."
"Fine." I say before storming out of the room, straight to my room where I slam the door shut and jump on my bed.
He never takes me with him when he goes to the city. He says that it's for 'my own safety'. Bullshit! He just doesn't want me to go with him bacause he thinks that I'll ruin his reputation. I don't get it! I've been here for a year and he still doesn't trust me. Why doesn't he trust me?!
I sit there for a while, lost in my own thoughts untill I look up at the clock. It's been an hour since the fight with Loki. He will be gone by now and he won't be back for a while...
I smirk to myself and get up. I run to the door and open it a little to look outside. There are no guards. The coast is clear.
I open the door and run into the hall.
Time to explore a little in the forbidden rooms.
I run to the first room Loki told me not to go in to. I open the door and walk inside. It's some sort of armory, I see a bow and an arrow, but not the sort the guards use it's more modern and more sophisticated. I walk further and see a shield with an american flag on it, that's weird I tought Loki forbade all the flags a year ago and changed them to one with his sign on.
I see some other stuf like guns and dagers, even a hamer. But then I see a special armor. It's red and gold and it seems familliar but I can't remember from where.
I shrug and run out of the room to the next one.
All the other rooms ar boring, like a meeting room or bedrooms.
I come to the last door and open it, there are some stairs and I look down. It is really dark down there. I search for a switch to turn on the lights but can't find one. Then I run back to my room to take my flashlight and go downstairs. I follow the dark and cold hall until I see some light.
I run to the light and stop when I see all cells. There are people inside them. I hold my breath, hoping they didn't hear my coming, but a man noticed me. "Hey! Y/N! God I'm glad to see you!" He says and I take a step back. How does he know my name?
Everyone turns their attention to me, I feel like running but my legs just don't seem to move. "Y/N! You're here! You're okay!" I hear a boy yell.
"H-How do you know my name?" Is the only thing I get out of my mouth. They frown. "Don't you remember us?" I shake my head and they look at each other. "Look Y/N, Loki put us in here when we tried to save you." A man with short blond hair and a muscular body says.
"Save me? From what?" I ask while putting a step forward. "From Loki."
I frown. "Why would you need to save me from Loki? He is my adoptive father." Why would they want to save me from Loki? I mean yeah sometimes we have some fights but he never harms me physically. "Beacause he kidnapped you." I almost burst out laughing. "Yeah right, is this a joke? Is Loki hidden somewhere?" I ask, looking around if I can see him.
"No this isn't a joke Y/N." A women says and stands up. "If you don't believe us, look at your shoulder and your wrist. His mark is on you, would your adoptive father do something like that?"
"He says it's so people know that I'm his daughter, so they won't hurt me." I bite. "Why, I don't think you see a lot of people except his guards and maids." Auch, that hurts. I know that I don't see a lot of people but it still hurts when I hear someone say it. I look down at my feet and swallow my tears.
"If you let us out we can help you out of this lonely life." She says.
I take a step back again and look up. "No, no, no, no Loki would kill me if I let you out! You're in here for a reason!" I turn around and start walking back to the stairs. "No! wait!" I stop but don't look back. "Think about it, please." I turn my head to them but can't see them. "I can't promise anything."
"That's okay, just promise you'll think about it."
I shigh. "I'll think about it." I say before running up the stairs.
A/N: I'm so sorry for the long wait guys! I'm really bussy right now, but I try to post as much as I can.
