Today Y/n was going to challenge Milo the grass type expert for his first gym badge. He walked into the battlefield with Marnie in the stands cheering him on. In the audience was also members of team yell. The Commentator then announced the rules.
Commentator:This will be a 2 on 2 battle with only the challenger allowed to substitute pokemon.
May both trainer please send out their pokemon.
Milo:Gossifluer I choose you!
Gossifluer stands infront of Milo as Y/n grabs his pokeball and sends out his pokemon.
Y/n:Toxel let's go!
He sends out his partner pokemon as the battle begins.
Y/n:Use metal sound!
Milo:Dodge and use magical leaf!
Before the flower could dodge though she is hit by the high frequency sound but she is still able to hit her attack. The not very effective attack leaves barely a scratch on Toxel as he gets up.
Y/n:Acid lets go!
Milo:Use round!
The two attacks connect but acid pushes through due to being stab and hit for double damage due to the decrease to special defense. The attack also lowers specialist defense.
Y/n:Take them out with another acid!
Before the flower could attack she is hit by a ball of poison and gets knocked out.
Commentator: Gossifluer is unable to battle. Now gym leader Milo is down to one pokemon.
Milo:Eldergoss go!
He sends out Eldergoss but them immediately returns her back.
Milo:Time to uproot!
He enlarges the pokeball and sends out his Ace, dynamax eldergoss.
Y/n:OK let's go buddy! Dynamax!
He returned his partner to his pokeball which enlarged and he sends out dynamax toxel.
Milo:Use max overgrowth!
He uses his signature max move to place a Grassy terrain and damage tocel but barely.
Y/n:Use max ooze!
A geyser of poison is summoned from the ground as Eldergoss is dage serverly and Toxel's special attack is increased.
Y/n:Use max ooze!
With another strike Toxel hits Eldergoss for some very good damage.
Milo:Use max overgrowth!
Eldergoss hits with the same attack as the first but just like before, Toxel is barely damaged.
Milo/Y/n:Max strike/Max guard!
Max strike is used but is blocked as both pokemon are reduced back to normal size.
Y/n:Finish it off with Acid!
The final attack is made as the grass type falls unconscious.
Commentator:Y/n's toxel has now defeated Milo's entire team which means that Y/n has now earned himself a grass badge!
