Y/n and Marnie enter Galar mine #2 and on the way Marnie catches her Scraggy and Croagunk. As they get further into the mine they see piece of s- I mean Bede once again.
Bede:Hold it right there you two!
Y/n:What do you want?
Bede:Revenge. You embarrassed me once and this time I will put you in your place.
Marnie:Ok but this time I will battle you.
Bede:What?No way! I want to battle Y/n!
Marnie:Oh are you too scared to battle against a girl?
Bede got clustered before getting his pokeball out.
Bede:Fine but when I beat you don't start crying. Go Solosis!
Marnie:Go Morpeko!
Both pokemon are sent out.
Marnie:Use your bite!
Morpeko clamps her fang onto Solosis as the bubble wails in pain.
Bede:Use endeavor!
Solosis glows red as a small beam is sent towards Morpeko and she is sent to her knees.
Marnie:Morpeko use bite!
Another bite attack knocks out Solosis.
Bede:We were just going easy on you. Go gothita!
He sends out his second pokemon.
Marnie:Use bite!
Morpeko clamps down hard onto Gothita but this time the attack does significantly more damage and takes out Gothita.
Y/n:Wow a critical hit!
Bede:Are you kidding me?? You better not disappoint me Ponyta!
He sent out his Galarain Ponyta as both Marnie and Y/n are shocked.
Marnie:How did you get that?! Ponyta can't be found anywhere near here?!
Bede:That's for me to know.
Marnie:Morpeko return.
She returns her partner get sends out her next pokemon.
Marnie:Go Croagunk!
She sends out her poison fighting type.
Marnie:Use poison sting!
Croagunk sends a venomous needle towards Ponyta as the pink horse takes some super effective damage but then purple dots pop up.
Bede:You're poisoned?! Ugh! Use confusion!
Marnie:Dodge and use venoshock!
Ponyta sends a wave of psychic powers but Croagunk gets out of the way and sends strands of poisonous strikes that deal double damage and take out Ponyta.
Bede:You have got to be kidding me! For Hattena!
He sends out his ace pokemon as Marnie makes another switch.
Marnie:Go Morpeko!
She sends out her Morpeko as she quickly orders a bite that takes out Hattena. Bede slumps to the ground defeated as Y/n and Marnie walk off with Y/n seeing glimpse of what seem like tears falling from Bede'a face.
