How To Know Yourself



Big Question: Do you know yourself?

 


• "If you know yourself really well, everything else will follow."




1. Spend some time alone with yourself each day.

Note: Alone Time (Dedicate to yourself.) Spend a liitle bit of time to feed your soul.

• "Of all the people on the planet, you talk to yourself more than any one, make sure you say the right things."



(Just you and your mind and your body).

When you give yourself that time make sure that you think the right things. Just for 30 minutes or for one hour just be selfish ibigay mo na sa sarili mo yun kasi it so important, i cannot stress how important it is for everyone to give themselves time. Nabigyan mo yung sarili mo ng importansya at oras kahit pa you're doing okay, you're not doing okay. You need to give yourself that precious time para naman maramdaman mo na parang may time ka sarili mo at hindi mo maramdaman na lahat lahat ng bagay eh ginagawa mo para sa ibang tao.




2. Avoid distractions

Note: You have to make sure na wala kang distraction kalimutan mo muna yung mga negativities, kalimutan mo muna yung pagooverthink mo, kalimutan mo muna yung mga worries mo, kalimutan mo muna yung mga anxities mo, kalimutan mo muna yung bagay na nagpapadown sayo. Importante na makapagfocus ka sa moment na ito at importante na practice mo yung brain mo na for a moment okay naman yung iniisip mo.

Make sure that your being gentle with yourself. Make sure that your being kind to yourself ibig sabihin kung paano maging mabait sa sarili lumayo ka sa mga bagay na nagpapahirap sayo.

When you don't listen to yourself that's when abuse come. It doesn't sit right with you but you said yes, huwag huwag mong gawin iyan sa sarili mo okay, you have to know your boundaries, you have to know when you say no, you have to think of yourself first.


How do you feel about it? Do you like it? Maawa ka naman sa sarili mo alam mo yung sakit na sakit kana eh maawa ka naman. Pagpahingain mo naman yung sarili mo. Please listen to yourself. Please be kind to yourself. Alam mo naman na nahihirapan ka eh, pero hindi mo pinapakinggan yung sarili mo.



3. Have a conversation with yourself.

Note: Kausapin mo yung sarili mo. Okay ka lang ba? Masaya ka ba? Malungkot ka ba? Galit ka ba? Yung mga tanong na iyon sagutin mo rin. Make it a habit that you talk to yourself there are times when we need someone to talk to, there are times that we feel like we need a friend, we need a group, we need our girlf friends, we need our bestfriends and everything but the truth is kinausap mo na ba yung sarili mo? Di ba, naghahanap ka ng kausap pero nakalimutan mo na pwede mong maging bestfriend yung sarili mo kung wala kang tiwala sa sarili mo that is okay, it's okay.

When you've been hurt so many times everybody treated you this way. Wala eh, nawawalan ka ng pagasa. I know that hindi naman pare-pareho yung ibang tao but then sabi nga nila tao lang naman tayo. Hindi mo maiiwasan na talagang mawalan ka ng tiwala okay lang naman that's what you called guarding your heart kasi hindi mo na hahayaan na ganon ulit yung gawin sayo you will not let people abuse you no matter kung ano man o kung sino man yan.
