Missing Piece [Bakudeku]

In the first week, Todoroki team already set up the decorations inside the gym. Koji's trained doves also part of the set up where they will give them glow sticks before chorus. Aoyama lends his ultra mega galaxy lights to Todoroki to use as a disco ball. Kirishima sets up so details on the stage and all the instruments they gonna use.

Jiro's band is also done with their music and sends it to Mina so that she can make the choreo. But before that, some dancers also help the others like Midoriya helps Jiro to arrange her notes. Mineta helps Kaminari about the guitar.

Uraraka and Tsuyu helped Kirishima to set up the banner and also to connect some wires. Hagakure also help Yaoyorozu to sew their outfits.

After Midoriya helped Jiro, he wen't outside to get some fresh air and he also meet his senior.

"Mirio senpai"

He run towards him to greet him, he also meet again the girl they found. "Eri-chan"
The greenette crouches down and pat her head.

"Hello Deku-san..."

The little girl also greet Midoriya.
"I heard from Aizawa sensei that you will perform a band so I decided to come here and bring Eri-chan."

"Yes, and I'm looking forward for you and Eri-chan to come... I want to see her smile."

"Deku-san..."

The little girl called Deku and fidget her fingers

"Can I really smile again? I forgot to smile when my parents died..."

Eri's parents died because of a car accident. Midoriya and Mirio found Eri under the bridge while fishing. But now, Aizawa adopts her and while he's on his class, she stays in the teachers office or goes to Mirio's class.

"Eri-chan, 2 weeks from now I will dance in front of many people. I will promise to make you smile on that day."

Mirio crouches down and look at Eri's eyes.

"Deku-san and his all classmates are gonna perform in front of us! We're here to cheer him and of course Eri-chan will also come with us!"

The blonde blue eyes smiles and pats her head.

"Senpai, I'm going inside now. Thanks for coming here."

"Thank you also Deku-kun."

They left and Midoriya stays for awhile to finish his water. He throws the water bottle in the bin and turns around. He saw Bakugo leaning on the pillar, gands inside his pocket as usual.

"Deku..."

The blonde calles the greenette as he was about to get inside.

"Can we talk?"

Bakugo said it faintly. Midoriya didn't look at him, he deeply sigh.

"Look, about what happened to you and Kirishima... I'm sorry about that,I overreacted. I just don't know what to do. Alsk we don't have anything to talk. Event is in 2 weeks. I'm going now. Ashido-san is waiting for me."

He then left him.

Midoriya's POV

I met Kacchan outside. I wanted to ignore him now... I walked pass to him and he called me. He asked me if we can talk... How can I talk to him if it was my fault? "We don't need to talk. About you and Kirishima-kun? Don't worry about it. I won't tell anyone not even Ashido-san."

I continue to walk but right after I step imside he pulled my shirt gently.

"Huh...?"

I look at him and he was looking down. "What is it?" I said it under my breath.

" Can I have 5 minutes of your time?"

"..."

"No. 2 minutes will be enough."

"You know what? Let's just talk after we perform."

I want to go inside now... I just want to ignore him for a while so that I can tell him about my feelings and also to get ready. I know confessing is not an easy task espacially to a guy like him.

"So I need to wait 2 weeks?"

"We don't have any time to chitchat. Ashido-san is waiting for me inside... You better get back also... Sorry for cursing last day..."

Then I ran and saw Ashido-san. I pulled her to the couch and sit.

"What is it babe?"

Speaking... Doesn't Kirishima like her? And he's sitting beside me!

"Ehem"

Ashido-san stared at me. It took her a minute to notice that Kirishima is sitting beside me.

"Is the music ready?"

I said it breaking the silence.

"It's not complete yet... About the steps."

"Well" I stood up and grab the speaker also Ashido-san. I went back outside with her and good thing Kacchan is not around.

"About the choreo I told you..."

"Yeah you said it wasn't complete, right?"

"I thought I could complete the choreo with a partner but it's still different... I thought you were the one the one will complete it but..."

I look down and rub my chin. If Ashido-san isn't the missing piece then who is it? Or what is it? A lot of things were coming into my mind. I don't know but I just want to fill this music with my choreo.

"What if there's someone out there will complete the choreo? Maybe they're just walking around you?"

She said it as she was playing the music.

"You know what? When you're dancing with someone you love, it really feels like heaven. Knowing that you both enjoying the music, holding each others hands and feeling it?"

She said it while grabbing my hand and put it on her wait waist.

"Just like this song... 'Perfect' try to imagine it what or who is the missing piece."

I closed my eyes and imagine it. I can see it! But the face is blurry. I think it's a person... They got blonde hair, taller than me, soft and big hands. It looks like I have met them somewhere. I opened my eyes and Ashido-san is recording.

"What did you see?"

She asked. I didn't even notice that she's no longer in my arms. "I don't know..."

"Hey... Why don't we have a dance duo after the band?" She asked.

'Duo? That would be perfect!'

"Sure!"

"Okay! Since I'm also done with Jiro's music, let me add my steps."

She then replayed the song and I watched her. It's almost lunch so we get back inside. I saw Kirishima and Kacchan talking. I didn't bother them. I went straight to the kitchen to grab something to drink and Kirishima follows my back.
