Weeks had passed since she moved into this house with Steve and James. She made good progress with the coding of her program and it wouldn't be long before it was finished and they could all go back to their normal lives. But there was one problem. She didn't want to go back. Liv wanted more time... with James.

"Stop staring, Liv", James said, startling her.

She sat at the kitchen island with a cup of coffee in her hands and watched him make breakfast. He had felt her piercing gaze and after their first movie night, one from many that had followed, it was increasingly difficult for him to ignore her.

"I like how you say my name", she blurted and hid behind her cup, asking herself why the filter between her brain and her mouth was malfunctioning when she was around him.

James only hesitated for a split second, but chose to ignore her comment. He wouldn't go there. Even if he thought for a second how his name sounded out of her mouth, he imagined how she would moan it...

"I didn't know you could cook," she said, instead changing the topic.

"I can't function on coffeen alone like some people do", James replied, casting a quick glance at her.

A small smile tugged at the corner of his mouth. She tilted her head to the side. Since they lived together, she had never seen him smile. Too bad, she thought, it would certainly suit him.

"You up for another sparing round in the basement?" she asked him after they both ate in silence.

"I'll have to run some errands", James said, standing up. Liv watched him put away his plate and cup in the dishwasher. "You need anything?" he asked, grabbing his Kyes.

She shook her head and before she could say anything, he was already out the door. So jumpy, she thought.

For a while, Liv walked aimlessly around the house. cleaned up or looked into drawers only to find them empty. Sighing, she retired to her study and began to work on her code. Coding felt like second nature to her. It helped her take her mind off, like practicing Systema did. In rare cases, Liv even fell into a kind of trance, accompanied by the clicking of the keyboard. But this time it was different. She couldn't shut up her own thoughts. All she felt was her body's frustration and her longing for this one man. Liv leaned back with another sight, biting her lower lip.

"Fuck it", she cursed and moved her fingers in between her legs. It had been far too long since she had taken care of herself. With everything going on, she hadn't even thought of packing B.O.B. (battery operative boyfriend). She rubbed herself through the thin fabric of her yoga pants, instantly feeling the heat and wetness. Blue eyes always on her mind.

Liv jumped at the door being opened and took a look at the clock. She sprang to her feet after removing her hand from in between her legs. Hours had passed since he had left the house.

James entered the room. "We have a problem..." he paused and pulled his eyebrows together when he saw her. "Did something happen? Your cheeks are reddened."

"Just worked on a problem that needed immediate attention", Liv bit her lower lip, trying to keep herself from smiling.

"Something you need help with?" he asked obliviously.

Liv opened her mouth to reply, tilted her head to the side and shut her mouth with a click. Nope, that would be too easy, she thought. "You mentioned a problem?"

"Yeah", he said, brows still pulled together. "I met our neighbors."

"And? You don't like them?" She said, crossing her arms in front of her chest.
