Kota, Iris and the Pussy Cats stare at the TV silently. Hoping and praying for no real serious injuries. Seeing Midoriya speed straight through was something that they had expected.

They didn't expect colorful ribbons and firelight effects however. They didn't expect to see Izuku flying across the air. They did not expect robots to be torn apart by ribbons and limbs.

Well maybe Kota did. Afterall he's been training with Yami and Shadow. It would be no surprise to him that Dad is stronger.

The pro hero world sat in shock, fear and amazement. From watching a quirkless kid instantly taking down enough robots to pass the exams and then shocking further stopping right there.

Most of kids would want to pour their stuff to the cameras to go all out making everyone worthless backviews. But this kid just gave a taste then stopped.

"There is no go in real life. Never has Present Mic mentioned there is an announced go, what are you all waiting for?", Izuku hums as everyone quickly snaps out of their stupor. Quickly stumbling after the 'few' and 'many' left in their minds.

Tenya Iida stopping slightly to thank him for informing everyone of that purposeful error before continuing his proportion for the exam. Izuku smiles softly noting that Bakugo and Yami had already left without his heeding.

Izuku mainly didn't go plus ultra is for a couple of reasons. One being the fact that he didn't want to reveal all his cards. Two is the simple fact that this is the entrance exam to UA and not the Sports Festival.

Getting the Pro Heroism World to believe that quirkless people can become heroes would be one thing. One entrance exam wouldn't be enough to prove it to them.  Not everyone exactly goes out of their way to learn the rising limits of the human body. Most people assume the limitations being the ones 2,000 years ago old. So if the pro heroes were to publicly declared he has a super strength quirk in their disbelief everyone would believe them. Leaving his goal ruined with forever skepticism.

Izuku Midoriya refused to have an ounce of skepticism in his lack of a quirk. So he needed something which would be televised to the global audience to start the change he wants. So he gave a taste so they would think more of what quirkless people can actually do. He didn't give them feast because he knew that they wouldn't believe it.

That plus them thinking he has a quirk puts him a further disadvantage being the fact that quirks acts quickly as a label. Take a healing or a mental quirk for example, between either of the two quirks would instantly be written off as a Healer Pro Hero and a Undercover Pro Hero.

Pro Heroism licenses falls under four main different categories then adding the world of heroism citizenship you have chosen to fall under.  Any these examinees' citizenship, if they pass, would become Heroes-In-Training citizens. HIT citizens are already international citizens as the Heroism World is an international one. Meaning that if all out war were to break out in the Superhuman World then it would be the Pro Heroes and Heroes-In-Trainings' jobs to save it and protect the civilians in the battlefield.

That's why countries still have their own military who are most definitely allowed to use their quirks. As they don't violate any human rights then the pro heroes are to leave them alone.

As it was before All Might. It had produced many legendary heroes however at such an expensive cost of human life. Thus why Izuku trained Yami as hard as he did. He doesn't want to ever lose his son.

Izuku had spent the rest of exams bandaging people. He never stepped unless they were in real danger. Thus though unknown to him racking a massive amount of rescue points. Also cutting almost all of Recovery Girl's work by three fourths.

Honestly if it weren't for Nezu and herself fighting for the medic students then she probably would have quit. Again the sheer number of fatal injuries created by UA students against other UA students declared to be handled by one woman and by her quirk only was the most ridiculous thing Izuku had witnessed.

The amount of energy needed for her quirk to heal that many would simply put too much stress on her body. And it had. Recovery Girl was only at the age of 30 as her body had almost a sloth motion's to aging, she could have aged to 500 years old. But she had aged so rapidly in a short period of 10 years working in UA. The Hero Commission had cut off two centuries of life from Pro Hero.

But Izuku had already won against in the Commission in two ways. One he passed for UA. Two UA is now looking for hire more Healing Pro Heroes. By the end of this year, UA is mandated to have ten healer Pro Heroes with an equipped medical team with Recovery Girl as the chief.

Izuku had vowed not to interact any further unless an examinee was under real danger by the Zero Pointer. That was for certain. The thing was that thing which was tearing buildings apart was no normal UA Exam Zero Pointer.

Especially not as Izuku was ripping examinees out of the debris and buildings. Bakugo being a further nuisance to the problem as his explosions created more debris and more property damage and falling chunks of buildings, support beams and walls that could easily to kill people.

                 That Zero Pointer was Hijiacked.
