FATE and FURY

...Mythology class...

Standing next to Keola "We meet again" Jalon says with a smirk, "Since we didn't properly get introduced, my name is Jalon Kobayashi, this is Jacy Akule-" he was interrupted, "Yo! JK, why are you all over here?" he says as he's running over towards them, "And this is Dajuan Brown, I see you've met Kio and Keola" Jalon says,

"We met her and her friend," Elijah says. "Are you done making introductions I didn't ask for?" she says with a raised eyebrow, "Look I'm sorry for grabbing you like that this morning that's my fault" he says smiling, "Apology accepted, still don't like you," she says with a smile closing her locker.

"Beep

"Come on guys," she says walking to class, as she stops at the door "Who has Mrs.Martin?" Strea asks, "Not me," Cat says, "Not me," Lada says, "nope," Hanuni says, "I don't," Aalina says last. 

"Great, I'm by myself," I say sadly, "We'll see each other at your locker for lunch, okay," Lada says, "Okay," I say. Entering the class I sit in the back by the windows, taking out my phone, "We meet again" the person says,  Strea looks up to see a boy with curly hair, "I'm Dajuan, we met at your locker not that long ago," he says, "I know who you are, do you need something?" I say a little annoyed, "No, but can I sit with you, seeing as we know each other?" he asks, "We don't but go ahead" she says looking at the chair next to her, "Thanks" he says, she looks back at her phone.

"Okay! students put phones away and I see we have a new student, introduce yourself, please" she asks, "Oh yeah my name is Astrea Fayre I just moved here three weeks ago" I say, finished, "Great well here's a packet so you can get caught up and you don't have to do anything but follow along" Mrs. Martin says smiling, "Okay" Strea says, "Well class as we're learning about Greek mythology, someone please tell me one thing they found interesting" she says assertively, no one raised their hand, "Miss Fayre, do you have a question?" Mrs. Martin asks. 

"No, but I think I'm named after a goddess," I say, "Yes, you are, and does anyone remember what goddess?" Mrs. Martin asks, Dajuan raises his hand, "Mr.Brown" she says, "Astrea the goddess of innocence and the daughter of the Titans Astraeus god of dusk, and Eos the goddess of dawn" Dajuan says proudly. "That's right I'm glad one person paid attention, seeing as no one answered we will be reviewing all, Olympians, Titans, creatures, elements, figures, Gigantes, heroes, monsters, mortals, and other gods for homework," she says in a serious tone.

The class groans and some people start to complain, "I can make that a test and project assignment" she says in a cautious tone, the class goes silent, leaning sitting on her desk " So Astrea do you have any siblings?" she askes, "Uh yeah I have a sister and brother that goes to this school" she says matter of factly, "Oh really, what are their names?" Mrs. Martin asks curiously, "Kianda and Damon," Strea says, "Ah Kianda, the goddess of the sea, your mom must be into Greek mythology," she says proudly

"No, actually my dad was before he passed he gave us those names," I say

"Oh I'm sorry for your loss," Mrs. Martin says sadly, "Thank you," I say smiling sadly back at her.

"Beep"
