3RD PERSON POV.
Mia wasn't sure what brought her here but she needed to see it for herself. She had on a generic casual outfit with sunglasses and a cap to maintain a low profile.
"In Loving Memory of Emilia Vivian Stark..."
Is what was engraved into the stone where she was buried or at least where the empty casket was.
Her gaze shifted to the two other graves that lay beside her grave.
Howard Anthony Walter Stark Jr. Friend, Patriot, Husband, & Father
Maria Collins Carbonell Stark Friend, Loving Wife & Mother
"I'm sorry," She whispered. She wasn't sure why she was apologizing but it was all she could muster up the will to say. Maybe she was sorry she got taken and missed out on school, life, and their funeral, or that this was the first time she'd visited their graves. She didn't bother telling Tony seeing as this was something she wanted to be alone for.
Hydra managed to convince the public that she had died in the unfortunate car crash to cover up their tracks. She stood there staring at the three tombstones and grimaced at the sight.
Something in the back of her head said that things should've ended differently that night. But unfortunately, it could not be changed.
She briefly looked away from the tombs and looked around the cemetery. It was then that she caught someone staring nearby.
She could see how their body tensed when she looked in their general direction. Then suddenly a twig snapped which made her tense.
Mia examined the area with her guard up, slowly backing away from the burials. The moment she began walking away from the gravesite agents came in surrounding the place with guns ready.
"Thea, in violation of the Sokovia Accords, by aiding Captain Rogers, along with escaping prison." Mia rolled her eyes upon hearing her name.
"Come with us willingly or we'll have to take you in by force." They called out as a plethora of red beams were aimed at her.
"Is this really necessary?" Mia said as she slowly raised her hands into the air.
"Get on the ground, now!!" They shouted. But instead of lowering herself to the ground, she used her powers and transported herself to the other entrance of the graveyard, and ran for it.
Emilia
Damn it. I was so caught up in the moment that I didn't even bother to notice that the only other person there was undercover.
The streets were blocked off at every turn I took. It wasn't until I just so happened to take the wrong turn and end up being completely circled.
"Nowhere to run..." I rolled my eyes when I heard the voice of the man I was not looking forward to hearing.
"Thea, we have you cornered, come with us now and things don't have to get any further..." Said Thaddeus.
Of all the people to get arrested by...it had to be him.

Tony
I just exited a meeting after some smartass asked me about the fight with the Hulk in Johannesburg. Already got enough of those.
I checked my phone and saw 5 missed calls from Ross and one unread message from Happy and Mia. Glad she's putting that phone I gave her to use.

I press accept and I hear him on the other line with a lot of commotion.
"Stark..." Here it goes.
"Hey, how's it going? You sound younger day by day—"
"Cut the crap. We've got eyes on Thea," What?
"Shit," I mumbled.
"Look we're gonna need backup with this one, under no circumstances are we letting her off so easy..."
"I'll be there. Bye." I left her home alone for just a moment, and now she's being hunted down by Ross the one person I needed to hide her from.
