3RD PERSON POV
Mia tried her absolute best in trying to lose Ross but the man was entirely too persistent in getting her. Every corner she took he had swarmed with government agents.
Regular people turned out to be hidden agents set up as a trap for her however Mia was clever enough to see through the act. For what felt like forever Mia's running stopped with Ross coming in right on her trail.
"It's over!! You either come quietly or else," He yelled out.
Mia looked him right in the eyes cracking her knuckles and said. "Why are you even chasing me?" She questioned.
"I signed the damn papers and everyone knows Zemo was behind the explosion. Can't we just let bygones be bygones?" Mia said.
"That would be the case but you are a next-level threat falling behind Wanda Maximoff, The Vision, The Hulk, Thor, and Captain Rogers," Ross said.
"So what? Now you wanna project your failure onto the next best thing?" Mia's statement earned an annoyed huff from Ross.
"This is your last and final warning. Come with us or—" He was cut off by Tony landing down in one of his Iron Man suits.
"Wait! Time out." Tony quickly exited the suit upon landing next to Mia.
"Stark—"
"Yeah, here's something I need you to look at..." Tony held out a thick brown leather folder to Ross.
"Everything in there should clear up a lot of things. See you in court." Tony re-entered his suit and flew off into the sky not without taking Mia with him as well.
He peered down at the file given to him by Tony, and he opened it up. "No..." He mumbled in disbelief.
"STARK!!!" Thaddeus yelled.

"I have to speak to government officials and Thaddeus...?" Mia stated with sarcasm at her obvious dislike of the secretary of state.
The day Ross was chasing Mia, Tony luckily dropped in in time before anything hit the fan. Upon fleeing the scene he left a brief file summarizing the truth about Emilia's alias, Thea.
It wasn't long before Mia was summoned to a court hearing concerning the fact of the information.
"It could've been worse. I thought I told you to stay put?" Tony said as he made his way to the car.
"Well, maybe I grew a little restless from being at home all day..." Mia said as Happy quickly went to open the car door for her before opening Tony's.
