Chapter 2: Poderoso

The next day, I heard a knock on the door, about 12:00, noon. I opened the door and looked up into brown eyes and a smiling face that turned into a frown.

"Oh, it's Chloe." I said.

"Always a pleasure Midnight." She said and I stuck my tongue out.

"Is Trunks here?" She asked and I thought.

'He's in his room.' My mind screamed, but I lied,"He's training in the basement."

"Oh, take me to him?" She asked.

"Why don't you go by yourself?" I snapped.

"I don't know my way around your house?!" She smiled.

"Follow me." I said and led her down the halls.

Tapion peeked out his doorway and watched me, confused.

When we were at the basement door I let her in first and slammed the door closed behind us, locking it and hiding the key.

She turned to me,"He's not down here!"

I slammed her into the wall, ignoring the sickening thud of her head.

"You're not even human." I said when she didn't flinch or react to the contact.

"Human or not your brother loves me more than you."

I kneed her in the stomach, but she grabbed my knee and slammed me into the floor.

"Gah, that hurt." I whispered to myself.

She laughed,"Well duh!"

"What are you?!"

"I'll tell you, but I'm gonna kill anyone you tell." She said, smirking evilly.

"No you won't!"

"You're most likely gonna tell Tapion. I wonder how easy he breaks." She said, looking at her fists.

"No!" I yelled,"Don't hurt him! Please!"

"Then don't tell him." She said.

"Okay, okay." I said defeated.

"I'm exactly like an android and saiyan mixed, but with more saiyan. I'm so much like the humans it's easy for even Goku and Vegeta to think I'm human. My race is pure evil and I'm stronger than even a SSJ5. My looks and personality are very deceiving, huh? I came from a distant planet that Frieza destroyed."

"Frieza..? If he destroyed your planet how are you alive?" I asked.

"You're so innocent and ignorant I could just throw up. He took me slave but raised me as a daughter!!" She said.

"He enslaved you and killed your race, and you think of him like a father..?" I asked, because this girl sounds psycho.

"Yes because I don't hate him whatsoever. I actually came for revenge on the ones who killed him."

She came close and whispered into my ear, her breath was warm,"I'm a God, I'm a Poderoso. And this will stay or secret or else." She threatened.

"Or else what?"

"I'll break and kill you're precious Tapion, and give him a slow, painful death. I'll make you watch him die." I snapped at that.

I pinned her to the wall again, and heard footsteps.

She screamed like I hurt her,"Trunks! Help me!" The door knob twisted, not opening, but I didn't care; I was blinded by fear and anger and I had one mission.

Then there was banging and the door flew open. I slid my hands to her throat, because I had to hurry Trunks was coming and I needed her dead. I pressed hard and heard his steps coming closer until her eyes were slowly glazing and he was in sight.

"Midnight, get off her!" He screamed.

"No! She has to die!" I said, and cried because if he stopped me she would kill us all.

Tapion came over and grabbed me. He wrapped his arms tightly around me and I turned into him, crying into his chest.

"Relax Midnight." He said, smoothing down my hair.

"No! Kill her!" I screamed,"She has to die! Listen to me!"

Trunks pushed her hair behind her ear and she smiled to me then looked to him.

"I asked her to take me to you and she attacked me, screaming like that." She said.

"No! You're lying! Trunks you have to believe me!" I said desperately and looked to her.

She eyed Tapion warningly.

"Tapion, take my sister to her room. My mother will be there soon to talk to her." Trunks said and took Phoebe to her room.

Tapion led me to my room and her words stuck in my head,'I'm a god, I'm a Poderoso. I'll kill Tapion slowly, painfully, and I'll make you watch.'

I sat in my bed, and Tapion stroked my hair, and I gripped his clothes as I fought tears. If she killed him, I wouldn't fail next time, but I'd kill myself with her if I had to...
