Annie's POV

"You guys really think it's the Grim Reaper- Angel of Death, collect your soul- Whole deal?" Sam asks while shuffling through pictures and articles.

"No, no, no, no. Not the reaper- A reaper." I say, not looking up from the article I was skimming over. "There's reaper lore in every country on Earth. They go by a hundred different names. It's possible that's there's more than one-"

"How in the hell did you even know or think about a reaper, Annie?" Dean asks.

"I was eight and terrified of death. Bobby told me all about reapers- What they are, what they do.......... Funny, how back then I thought Bobby had gone insane and how scared I was when he was talking to me, but now I owe my life to one of those nasty sons of bitches."

"Oh......" Dean replies. I shurg and continue to skim over articles.

"Wait, you said you saw a guy in suit."

"You think he should've been working the black robe thing?" I snap. Sam shakes his head and Dean rolls his eyes. I slam the papers down on the table. "You said it yourself that the clock stopped, right?" I pick up a picture I just held in my hand. "Reapers stop time........ And you can only see them when they're coming after you, which is why I could see it and you couldn't."

"Maybe.." Sam says.

"Well what else could it be? The only question, is how is Roy controlling the damn thing?"

Sam laughs to himself.

"Anything you'd like to share with the class Mr.Winchester?" I snap.

"The cross." He says, and begins shuffling through a deck of Tarot cards.

"What?" I ask.

"There was this cross. I noticed it in the church tent. I knew I had seen it before." He stops shuffling and chuckles. He pulls out a card and hands it to me and Dean to look at.

"A tarot?" Dean asks in disbelief.

"Yeah, it makes sense. Tarot dates back to the early Christian era, when some preists where using magic and a few ventured into dark stuff- Necromancy, how to push death away and how to cause it."

"Sam's right. Roy is using black magic to bind the repear, that's the only way this is possible."

"Well, if he is, he's riding the whirlwind. It's like putting a dog leash on a Great White."

I get up and put my empty beer botltle in the sink. I sigh as I know what we have to to do.

"Alright, we have to stop Roy."

"How?"

I look down at them and frown. "You know how."

"Annie! What the hell are you talking about? We- We can't kill Roy,"  Dean sputters.

"Dean, the guy is playing God- deciding who lives and dies! That's in a monster in my book." I gowl, while crossing my arms.

"No, we're not gonna kill a human being Annie. We do that and we are no better than he is," Sam reasons. I groan and shake my head.

"Okay, so we can't kill Roy and we can't kill Death. Any bright ideas 'College Kids'?" Dean asks.

"Okay, uh.. If Roy is using some kind of spell to bind the Reaper, we gotta figure out what it is and break it," I say.

Dean's POV

We pull up to the church tent. We climb out and start heading towards the entrance.

"If Roy's using a spell, there might be a spell book," Sam grunts as he gets out of the car.
