Sam's POV
I drive with Dad by my side. Dean is in the back seat, with Annie collapsed against him. Dad gasps in pain, Dean and Annie are just slumped in the back seat.
"Look, just hold on, alright. The hospital's only ten minutes away."
"I'm surprised at you, Sammy. Why didn't you kill it? I thought we saw eye-to-eye on this? Killing this demon comes first - before me, before everything."
I look in the rear view mirror at Dean and Annie, covered in their own blood.
