not the best chapter but here we are. sorry for the wait lmao
The next morning, Louis woke up to his phone going off with a text from Niall saying that he and Florence were outside.
"H." He whispered and shook Harry's shoulder. "They're here, come down and say hi and we'll bring them up."
Harry groaned quietly and pulled the blanket over his head.
Louis got up and slipped on a pair of shoes and grabbed the keys from the bowl at the front door and stepped outside the apartment, walking down the dim hallway and into the elevator which he rode to the ground floor.
He pulled his coat on tighter and exited the building, smiling when he saw the two of them huddled up together.
"Lewis!" Florence grinned and hugged him tightly. "So good to see you! Where's Harold?"
"He didn't want to get out of bed." He pulled away from her and hugged Niall too.
"How's that?" She asked.
"I told him to come down but he just," He covered his face with his hands. "I think he's just tired or feeling sick."
Florence frowned and handed a heavy bag to Louis, most likely full of textbooks. The three continued to enter the elevator and take it up to their floor, all of them huddled together in case they were to die. They exited the elevator and walked down the hallway to the apartment. Louis copied Harry's move with the hip and shoulder to open the door and invited them inside.
"Which room is he?" Florence asked, setting her bags down on the floor.
"End of the hall."
Florence nodded and continued to walk down the hallway and into the dark room where she could see Harry's sleeping body curled up and facing towards the wall.
"Hey, sleepyhead." She whispered and sat on the edge of the bed.
Harry whined quietly but didn't move.
"C'mon. Get up and we'll go for a run and get breakfast." She leant her arms and chin on his arm. "Or I'll make you a sandwich and we can watch a movie?"
She turned her head slightly when she heard footsteps, seeing Louis and Niall in the doorway. She held up her hand and turned back to Harry.
"Have you been taking your meds?" She whispered quieter.
Harry nodded slightly.
"No, you haven't. You left them at my place."
Harry stayed silent and Florence sighed, standing back up and ushering the other two boys out of the room.
"Is he ok?" Louis asked.
"Yeah, he's fine." She walked past them and into the kitchen, pulling out a loaf of bread and Nutella from the cupboard.
"What do we do?"
"I'm gonna make him a sandwich, can you get him water?"
Louis bit his lip yet he filled a glass up with water and placed it beside the plate Florence put out for the sandwich.
"Do you know what room we're staying in?" She asked.
Louis shrugged. "Probably Gemma's."
Florence nodded and took the plate and glass back into Harry's room, leaving that and his medication on the bedside table. She opened the window but kept the blinds closed, allowing fresh air into the room before leaving the room with a lingering look at Harry's sleeping body.
