My mom was on her computer for about four hour, and I finally walked up to her and asked what she was doing. She said,
"I am planning a surprise party for Mike."
"Mike? Who's Mike?" I asked.
"Oh. That's Sheriff Tanner's first name." she told me.
"Cool."
"What's the theme?" I asked.
"He loves motorcycles so I am having a Harley Davidson theme. The gift I got him is a new patch for his jacket. Want to see it?"
"Sure." I replied.
"Look."
"Dude! That is so cool! He is going to love it." I said.
She stood up and gave me a hug. She told me that she was sorry about everything that happened that night. She told me that it was just hard to talk about. She said that if I had any questions I can ask her any time.
I thought I would get Mike a gift for his birthday so I went shopping. I found a little motorcycle figurine. I bought it, and wrapped it when I got home. He is going to love it.
