Sorry I haven't updated. I know where I want this story to go but I don't know how to get it there. I will try to update more often but... Meh I'm super busy. At least Spring Break is soon. Season 5 and Maximum Ride Forever are UPON US!

Fang stepped in front of me protectively.
"How did you know about Max if we haven't told you?!" He exclaimed steely.
"I've said too much," Samuel said with a straight face.I shoved Fang out of my way and looked Samuel in the eye.
"Look. There is a lot of mystery surrounding this whole situation, but you have been helping clear the fog. We can deal with your stalkerish tendencies later. I feel like... I feel like I know you, but I don't know why. We can get to all of this, but what were you saying about the School?" I took a big breath and waited for his reply. If I were human, I would've crossed my arms and tapped my foot, but, lo and behold, I was not. Out of the corner of my eye, a few of my Flock members gaped at me. Their expressions said, 'How could you dismiss something like this so easily?!' I wasn't. This conversation was far from over.
"Ok," Samuel sighed. "Where was I?" He paused. "Right, years. Ok, so over the past few decades, the School has been sending experiments here. This includes your Flock and me. I lived in the Dome, supposedly created by a human-turned-unicorn, with the ones that survived the trip."
His stop for breath allowed me to comment.
"Ok Samuel, you expect me to believe that the School, the place where I have spent the majority of my short, horrible life, the place I know like the back of my hand, erm, hoof I guess, has been hiding a secret this big for decades?!" I burst out.
"Yes. Of course, Max. There is a lot you don't know," he said with a knowing tone. "You said you thought you knew me."
I got a cold sinking feeling in the pit of my stomach. "Who are you?" Icicles dripped off of my words.
"You wouldn't remember, the School erased every memory of me," Samuel said.
I had a sudden, sickening realization.
"So the School erased memories of you. They erased memories of how we got there. Samuel," I spoke with my best interrogation face on, "are those things connected in any way?" If looks could kill, well, you've heard the saying.
Samuel paled and some of the younger Flock members gasped while us older folk got into fighting stances."Let's just get one thing straight," Samuel began, "I don't work for the School. They have nothing to give me. I do, however, know how you got here. I don't think you would guess."
Fang interjected, "Sam I thought you were loyal! We've been betrayed by too many. I was hoping you'd be different."
I felt a twinge of sadness at Fang's un-Fang-like broken voice. He had lost a friend. I didn't think Samuel was all that bad actually."Let him talk, Fang. I don't think he betrayed you at all."
Samuel gave me a look of thanks.
He then spoke, "Max is right. I never betrayed any of you. It wasn't me who brought you to the School. It was Discord."--------
WHAAAAAAT?!?!?!?! This next chapter is going to be really hard to write...
