More than I should (Lando Norris)

Chapter 3

It was coming to four clock, and Kam pops a message across to Madeline's desktop. "Any news?" Madeline peaks her head through the gap between their computers and shakes her head.

It had been 7 hours and she has not received a message back from him. Kam starts tapping back again on his computer and pops another message. "We need to get his personal number, or find out where he is?" Madeline begins to reply. "and how would be go about doing that?" Kam then kicks the desk underneath Madeline and flicking his head to the side as if he was having a seziure. Madeline looks at him confused. He continues to flick his head. In the end seeing she still wasn't getting the hint did a huge sigh. "Sally. Where is Daniel at the moment then, has he arrived in the next set up?" Madeline finally gets what was going on. Daniel is due to arrive a day early to the hotel before Lando, so if they are able to work out where they are staying that they could get in touch with the hotel to get Lando to contact us. "He is due on the flight tomorrow." Sally says from behind her computer screen.

"Where are they staying do you know yet? I know Daniel likes to keep you updated " Sally then turns all girly. She has a small thing for Daniel and she thinks that the only reason why Daniel is in majority contact with her is because she think he has a thing for her, but in reality its probably because it is easier to deal with your socials with the social leader. Something that Lando has never really been good at doing.

"I know that he is staying with a friend instead of a hotel this weekend, he mate lives near by so thought he would spend some quality time" Kam slams his fist on the table making a few people jump. "Sorry a fly" an email pings up on everyones desktop from Charles. 'F1'.

Subject: F1

Good afternoon,

I hope everyone is well. I have just come out of a meeting with the head office, and they are wanting 3 members of the social team to go out to this weekends race. We will need someone from Lando's Socials, Daniel's Socials, and one from the Teams socials. I will be coming along as I do not want anymore disappointments like last weekend. The reason for the trip is because you will be scheduled to help them, and also to meet the other socials for the other teams to see what the competition are doing. Please email me the names of those who are going.

Kam kicked underneath the desk of Madeline. "You need to go" Madeline stands up from her desk and begins to leave the room pretending to vacate to make herself a drink. Kam instantly stands up knocking over his coffee onto the floor and pretends to shocked. "Oh no, going to get some kitchen roll" he runs off behind. "Why don't you go Kam?" Kam laughing leans against the counter top. "I have a date this weekend" Madeline wanting to be happy to him, couldn't at this point. "Plus you are the leader, he will understand. I am sure" Lucy walks out into the kitchen. "Hey guys, I guess you have seen the email." Madeline smiles as she puts her cup into the sink. Lucy has beautiful brown hair that wrapped in lushes curls. Which was the complete opposite of Madeline's. "I vote that we send Madeline, she is the best at being able to find out what the competition does" Kam who was smiling like a Cheshire cat to every word that Lucy was saying, turns his head towards Madeline and mimickly adds "You are so right Lucy. She is the best person for the job, we can look after the socials back here from hub" he still keeping keen eye contact at Madeline begins to pick up the kitchen towel. "With that decision being made" he follows. "I need to clear up the mess that has been made" he walks out of the room and back into the office.

Lucy shortly after follows. "FUCK" Madeline knocks Kam's cup into the sink. Then her watch lights up.

Lando has replied.
