A drawing of him, a line in a will... But still, no name for him.
Ra uses the ink and writes in his journal that night of what he learned during the day, the ink Meredith made for him was surprisingly smooth, and it dried quickly enough so the side of his hand didn't get dirty from dragging across the paper.
Techno was currently awake with him, while Cali and Meredith slept. They were miles away from the town they stopped to eat in, Techno said by tomorrow afternoon if they wake up on time, they would be in the Kingdom of Merri.
Ra cracks his stiff neck, wincing at the pain he felt. He was leaned up against a tree while writing, not a very comfortable position to be in for extended amounts of time.
"What are you writing about, kid?" Ra doesn't need to look up and know that it was the pig hybrid speaking. His gruff and already loud presence being enough for him; and as previously stated before, they were the only ones awake at the moment.
"My day." He answers simply, gaining a laugh. It sounded slightly mocking.
"Like a little diary? How old are you kid, seriously."
"I'm 12, screw off." He would have said another word but held back. He wasn't one for swearing. Techno smirks, despite being told to shut up. At least Ra was showing some actual personality now. Only took sixteen hours.
"An affinity for books, this would be quite a story to write about one day." Techno thinks out loud. This journey to and from would be written somewhere. By who? He hasn't decided yet.
"Huh?"
"Boy, when you grow older and become king. May I ask you to do one thing?"
"Uh...sure?" Why ask him to do something now? Is the piglin hybrid really that confident that everything will go his way?
"Write your experiences. Write your stories about your life before all of this, and of your years wearing the crown. It would be a grand story." Ra holds back a snort and a biting remark over, 'grand story'. He doesn't reply with a promise or anything at all. He goes back to writing in his blank book, his new journal. Techno eyes him for a moment before looking back out in the brush of the tree line. The sleeping bodies of Cali and Meredith are in his direct line of sight.

Today started out strangely.
The last thing I remember before today was waking up, and going to the dining hall. After that it's blank. I presume something had happened, something horrid.
The woman tells me, the mage, that the other hybrid children were taken elsewhere, to a safe space, particularly for them.
While I- had to stay with them. A group of three. A piglin hybrid, a mole hybrid, and a human mage.
I didn't know the reason at first, it was an awkward time when I first woke up. One word, however, stood out.
'Heir'
I was the heir to the crown, the last living one presumably. I didn't know why, nor do I understand why even after being told further of the story, after a day of walking across Morbus, stretching upon miles and miles, of listening to the adults speak, listening to them ramble about various subjects. Meeting creatures named pixies for the first time, my hair being pulled out of my scalp by their little hands.
Going into a town, a human town with stalls of shops, things I wasn't allowed to touch or interact with.
Being given this journal by the woman mage, she held 'Lady Mage'. Maybe it will be easier to remember that rather than her actual name... Which I fail to remember.
