"𝑵𝑰𝑵𝑰 𝒀𝑶𝑼 𝑯𝑨𝑽𝑬 𝑻𝑶 𝑻𝑬𝑳𝑳 𝑯𝑰𝑴!" Lily was getting awfully tired of having these secrets stored up inside, coincidentally both of the secrets were being kept from Ricky. This guy just couldn't catch a break huh?

"I know I know..." She heard her mumble from the other side of the phone. "It's just... EJ's threats are starting to feel empty, and... I guess it just didn't feel so pressing to say anything. I'm just scared to ruin what we have I guess."

"Where is Ricky now?"

"In the shower."

"Okay, Gina and I are getting ready to g-" Then she remembered that Nini had no idea about Gina's medical condition. "... to go make pancakes." She finished with a small breathe. All those acting lessons were not for nothing.

"Save some for me!"

"You gonna come over later?" Lily asked, holding the phone between her ear and shoulder as she folded the blanket and neatly put it back on the couch.

"Yeah. Maybe I'll come with Ricky. We'll see."

"Alright. I'll talk to you later."

"I love you!"

"Yeah, yeah." Nini chuckled as Lily hung up the phone.

"Nini!" Ricky called from the bathroom. "Can you please pass me a towel?!"

She contemplated for a few seconds, with the small grin emerging on her lips. "What's the magic word?"

"Uh... please?"

"Mmm mmm. Try again."

"I'm soaking wet and I need a towel?"

"Solid effort there Bowen." She remarked, strolling into the bathroom when he peeked his head out the polkadot curtain.

"Is it, Nini Salazar-Roberts is the prettiest most talented beautiful smart girl ever?"

"Wow, bullseye!" She grabbed the towel and handed it to him.

"I know, I'm very intuitive." He spoke from behind the curtain.

"So... is the album... almost ready?" She asked in a small voice, not wanting to seem too pushy. Seb had texted her not to long ago that the band needed a couple more songs, and Ricky might have needed a little push to actually ask for help.

"I... have two more songs to write."

"Well... do you want help?"

He stuck his head out the shower curtain again. "I would love some help." He admitted.

As he came out her room later emerging in her little mix shirt and his own sweats, they sat at the keyboard to write yet another song together.

The sun was starting to shine through Nini's blinds, and although it was a little bright they didn't mind. They were both sitting on the floor as Ricky played the keys. Nini sat with her notebook scribbling some ideas down mindlessly when she caught his figure in the corner of her eyes.
