"Jake tomorrow is my birthday!" Bomi exclaimed to Jake. Jake was just arrived and it was Bomi greeted on him.

Jake smile happily "of course I know" he replied while putting his back to his front. How can he forget the special day of the girl he really admired.

Bomi was sitting on his front and he was on the back of her.

"And I want on my birthday to date Sunghoon." Bomi said smiling widely. Jake smile vanished slowly because of what Bomi said. Since Bomi and Jake became friends every Bomi's birthday they always go out to celebrate it because Bomi don't celebrate her birthday with his dad because she is not with good term of his daddy new wife. So they always celebrate it with just the two of them sometime the three of them with Sunghoon.

"We can celebrate it with Sunghoon" Jake try to change Bomi's mind.

"Sunghoon just rarely came to my birthday." Bomi said sadly. "You're the only one celebrated with me when it's my birthday you're always present and I really appreciated it. I really do." Bomi said in awe. She was really thankful to Jake because he's always there to feel to her that she's not alone.

"So since Sunghoon rarely came to us to my birthday I was thinking that you might convince him to date me in my birthday." Bomi said.

Jake feel a sudden sharp pain on his heart. He was always in her birthday to make her happy but now Jake feel that he can't be that person anymore.

"Jake please." Bomi say with puppy eyes. "Just consider it as your birthday gift to me and I'll be really happy because it will be the best birthday gift ever"

Seeing Bomi like this make his heart beat fast and he really knows his self he was so soft with her and he can't resist to it.

"Don't worry I'll talk to him." Jake smile in pain. Bomi who heard the answer she immediately hug Jake.

"Thank you very much Jake you're the best." Bomi said and gesture a thumbs up. Jake continue to smile to hide his true feelings.

Good thing Bomi didn't see his fake smile but if Sunghoon was there he definitely tell that Jake was hurting but sadly Jake and Sunghoon is not classmate. Sunghoon was on the other section.

Jake was heading now to library not to study but to think a lot of things. When he was problematic and stressed he will go to a quiet place to think peacefully. And the library was perfect for him. He sit on the corner where he think is quite and no one can bother him.

He was just sitting there and think not knowing that he take and hour. He was just startled because someone tap on his shoulder when he look at it was Sunghoon. Sunghoon was wearing his jersey.

"Oh Sunghoon what are you doing here? Don't you have a practice?" Jake asked when he gets over on his shock.

"Will our practice just cancelled because couch has emergency." Sunghoon answered in a whisper tone. He was now sitting next to Jake. Sunghoon noticed that Jake was not fine he knows very well when Jake not okay.

"Is there something bothering you?" Sunghoon is worried. He don't like seeing Jake like this he use to see that Jake has always a smile written on his face.

Jake sight. "Tomorrow is Bomi's birthday." Jake smile in sad.

"Yeah it's her birthday tomorrow then why your face is like that. Is like someone has died." Sunghoon joke but Jake give him a deadly stare.

"Sorry I'm just trying to make you laugh." Sunghoon reason.

"What's the matter? you always excited when it's Bomi's birthday." Sunghoon added.

Jake was looking at his hands that was place on his lap "Yeah, but tomorrow she want to celebrate it with someone."

Sunghoon can tell that Jake was really sad. "Who's that someone?" Sunghoon could tell that Jake was really sad. And Sunghoon asked softly caressing Jake's back to make him feel at ease.

Jake feel relaxed of what Sunghoon doing. "You. She want you to be on her birthday as a date and she wish it to me and you know Sunghoon I can resist her." Jake said directly.

Sunghoon didn't know how to react his hand that was caressing Jake's back stopped. He became silent and Jake noticed it so he lifted his head to look at Sunghoon to his shock Sunghoon stared at him that make him shiver. He felt like something pulling on him to those eyes. He quickly look down again to his lap to avoid Sunghoon stare.

"I-I know y-you already said n-no to me but just for her birthday please" Jake pleaded and he looked at again Sunghoon who's now facing the other way.

"Please just date her tomorrow." Sunghoon now facing him again but his annoyed stare was now changed to a playful annoyed So Jake felt more comfortable again. He use his puppy eyes to Sunghoon that he knows that Sunghoon can't resist.

Sunghoon sighed and looked away because he couldn't take his cuteness he was to cute to handle.

"Okay fine! I'll do it" Sunghoon gave up. Jake smile widely and jumped to hug Sunghoon.

Sunghoon was startled because of the sudden hug. Before Sunghoon could hug back Jake. Jake already had pulled away from the hug.

Jake still smiling widely. "Thank you so much Sunghoon".

Sunghoon smile back "It's not for free" Sunghoon teased.

"Then what do you want in return?" Jake asked seriously even if what Sunghoon said was just a joke.

"For now there's nothing but I'll think about it and someday I tell you and someday I'll tell and you will accept whatever I ask." Sunghoon said even though he was just teasing Jake he thought of something.

"Okay then so let's some have ice cream?" Jake asked cutely.

Sunghoon prevented himself to pinch Jake cheeks. Sunghoon can't stop himself from smiling because he found Jake adorable.

"That's great your treat" Sunghoon said. Jake just nodded.

They both exit in the library and heading to their favorite ice cream parlor.

Someday I'll ask for your heart.
