S9 EP14: Final Journey Part 2

This episode is a sequel to Part 1 and the last episode of Elsword Fables for real, as well as its true ending. Please note that this endcard illustration was popular with Japanese users on Twitter because of its background setting, which consisted of two cherry blossom trees and petals.

This time, thanks to ShadowRunal and Elsword's help, Fabian, Frostine, Fawn and Froid goes to the summit of the Rune Tower where Crystalline is held hostage and where the Crystalline Codex is right now, and fights against Rumo, Azure and the fake Rune Master until at the end, Fabian apologizes to Azure and became friends for real.

Anyways, without further ado, let's continue the story and end Elsword Fables for real with this last battle between the finalists of the Squid Game, Froid and the Rune Masters, and a proper ending.

After preventing the complete destruction of the world and arriving in the Rune Tower's summit, Fabian, Frostine, Fawn and Froid meets the fake Rune Master, who was waiting for them. The fake Rune Master, however is revealed to be a legendary beast that was taking Crystalline and the Crystalline Codex hostage the whole time, even prior to their arrival.

The legendary beast introduces himself as the Ruler of Darkness, Eduun. Ain appeared as a speck of light and told the four "This beast is the ruler of darkness Eduun. He has been the fake Rune Master the whole time and he took your friend and the Crystalline Codex captive because he wants to destroy the entire world."

"Not only that, he is very much stronger than you four and if he wants to attack you with his abilities, please avoid his attacks and skills at all cost and don't be in the area where he attacks you! That's all I have to say for your epic fight between Eduun. Please do your best to defeat him as soon as possible, but first, defeat Rumo and Azure before him." Ain said before disappearing.

Eduun flew away to the sky with his wings, leaving Fabian, Frostine, Fawn and Froid a chance to fight Rumo and Azure. Rumo summons a rune sword, in which he uses it to use rune magic at Frostine who then counterattacked with Rune Explosion.

Azure uses Electric Burst on Fabian, which electrocuted him and he decided to get up and used Falling Blades on her, with Froid summoning icicles against her, causing her to unleash her new skill Rainfall Tide, causing multiple rocks in the floor of the summit before rising into a high tide and putting both Fabian and Froid in bubbles.

Meanwhile, Frostine and Rumo fights against themselves using their Rune magic and Fawn rescues Fabian and Froid from Azure's bubbles with her crossbow arrow. After attacking Rumo, he awakens as The Ultimate Rune Master, Inner Rumo and he summons multiple runes to target Fabian, Frostine and Fawn, who then attacked him with their weapons.

Inner Rumo turns back to normal and he fainted, as well as carrying a white flag. Fawn said to Fabian and Frostine "Now, we have Azure left and then we'll fight that Eduun with her."  After fighting Azure, Fabian apologizes to her about what happened and she told the truth about Rumo and Eduun.

After telling the truth about Rumo and Eduun, Azure summons Fabian, Frostine, Fawn, Froid and herself wings, allowing them to fly away from the Rune Tower to the sky, while Rumo disappears from the tower.

While in the sky, Fabian, Frostine, Fawn, Froid and Azure met the same dark elf girl from the prologue, riding on the legendary beast Eduun. Frostine said "Who are you and why are you riding on that holy beast?!"

The dark elf girl introduces herself as Aranea, who was the one that injured Fabian and Fawn in the prologue. She then said "Say hello to my friend Eduun! I didn't knew that you met him before, but now I'm back to end this stupid world at least for once. Your friend Crystalline is now with me and she will never leave this cage until she becomes a Rune Master."

Frostine and Froid said "No! You can't turn our great-grandmother into a Rune Master!" Fawn aims her crossbow at Aranea who then shot an dark arrow that left the two of them as well as Fabian and Fawn themselves with an extremely low HP and having a tired pose. 

Azure gives Fabian and Fawn a HP potion and they recovered their HP fast, and she also helped Frostine and Froid by giving them a MP potion and a HP potion as well. 

Fabian said "Thank you Azure! Now, let's go back to the battle!"  Fawn said "Now, my flower powers are complete!" and then uses Rose Vines on Aranea, causing her to be trapped in the spiky rose vines.

Frostine finds Aranea's weakness, which is her eyes and as a result for angering Eduun, he summoned tentacles to trap her and Azure slashed the tentacles to save her. Froid uses his Hyperactive skills on Aranea's eyes, causing her to go blind and fell down from Eduun.

Eduun got enraged and he breathes fire loudly, causing Fabian, Frostine and Froid to have their eyes burn. As a result, Fawn summons multiple flowers to grow on Eduun's head, causing him to fall asleep and she cures the three others' eyes.

Fabian uses his Hyperactive skill on Eduun, causing him to be enraged and awaken into Inner Eduun.

Inner Eduun summons a giant beam at Fabian and Azure who were dodging his attacks while flying after Froid, Frostine and Fawn who then activated their Awakening mode and managed to defeat him.

Eduun got defeated and he fell down to the summit of the Rune Tower, causing Crystalline to fall into the summit as well and the Crystalline Codex breaking itself. Fabian, Frostine, Fawn, Froid and Azure lost their wings as well, falling into the summit of the Rune Tower.

Back at the summit of the Rune Tower, Fabian retrieves the destroyed Crystalline Codex and saves Crystalline who then said to Fabian, Frostine, Fawn, Froid and Azure "Thanks for saving me and retrieving the Crystalline Codex, heroes. I could have died if you weren't here to save me, but I would like to say, at least I'll see you all soon in the different world so goodbye for now." and disappeared.

The scene switches to the cherry blossom season in the Ark Kingdom, where everybody eat Eduun's meat and wagashi. Pop and Tsubasa were looking at the amazing cherry blossoms, while Lolli went out on a cherry blossom date with Rumo who has just cut his hair bangs and became a understanding boyfriend for her.

Meanwhile, Fabian apologized to Azure and they soon became friends. This is not the end of Elsword Fables, as Fabian and Azure decided to start a new adventure once again, in the other world.

THE END

CONCLUSION: The story for Elsword Fables is now done, but it's not over as Fabian and Azure will start a new adventure afresh in the other world with Frostine, Fawn, Crystalline and Froid coming back. Thanks for reading the Crystalline Codex series.
