Transmission Start
Lawrence awakens to a brand new day. Sauren, in his arms, is comfortable like he is in Cloud 9. Lawrence shuffles in bed, getting his phone and scrolling through social media While he's scrolling. Sauren wraps around his arms on Lawrence, digging his face on Lawrence's side.
It's been a few days since Lawrence was transported into the future. Sauren didn't go back to his apartment since he wanted to see if Lawrence is doing okay. He also takes advantage during this time to get more cuddly with him. Lawrence doesn't mind and continues scrolling through social media. He also reaches his hand out to awake the drone. Petting it seems to do the trick as it flies into the sky and it settles on the head of Sauren. Sauren pops their head out and sees Lawrence scrolling on his phone.
Sauren stretches a bit before jumping out of bed and heading to the shower. Lawrence, on the other hand, boots up his PC while waiting for Sauren to finish showering. The drone follows Lawrence and sets itself on the table, watching Lawrence fixing his final project.
Sauren comes out of the shower with only a towel covering his lower body. Lawrence doesn't budge but continues typing. Sauren heads to the closet and grabs some clothes for him. As Sauren gets changes, Lawrence stretches on his chair and stands up. He tells Sauren to go down to the cafe and grabs some breakfast. Sauren complies and he heads down while Lawrence takes a shower.
After a warm shower, Lawrence gets changed and heads down. He sees Sauren, eating at a table while his parents and friends work behind the counter. Lawrence greets them good morning and he eats with Sauren.
The store doors open and in comes Tarren. The parents tell him that the cafe won't be open until 10 but he introduces himself as their friend and is going to pick them up for their outing. The parents say okay and continue on with their work.
"Are you guys ready?" He approaches the two who are eating their breakfast and sits with them.
The two look at him, intensely before returning their focus to eating.
"Don't mind the two. They are really groggy in the morning. They don't normally wake up at 8 since their classes are at around 10 and are the time when the cafe." The mom said to Tarren.
"I'm pretty sure they also stayed up late last night 'cause they said they're going to watch a movie together," Hoster says while wiping the counter.
"What movie did both of you watch?" Tarren asked the two.
"Elios: The Dawn Reawakening," Lawrence says while stuffing his mouth with food.
"It's the latest movie from our favorite franchise. Elios is an animated show that revolves around a group of people who are trying to understand the world while understanding the abilities that were given to them by their school." Sauren says, cleaning his mouth with a tissue. Lawrence also finishes his breakfast and cleans up the table and hands it to the backroom.
"We'll just prepare a bit and we can go out," Lawrence tells Tarren.
"Okay, I'll just wait outside." Sauren nods and both of them go up and dress up to go out. Lawrence also gets his bag and places his laptop and other cords and gadgets. He pets the drone and it flies in his pocket, shifting in his pocket to make itself comfortable. Lawrence smiles and looks at Sauren, wearing a watch around his neck. A plain grey polo and skinny jeans. He pauses a bit and basks in the glory of Sauren.
Sauren notices Lawrence looking at him and flashes him a smile. "What's with you?"
Lawrence coughs before approaching him. "Your collar is not fixed. Let me fix it." Lawrence dusts off the dust from his polo and fixes his collar.
"You too are missing something." Sauren moves aside and grabs something from the table. Lawrence follows Sauren with his gaze. Sauren grabs a pair of headphones and a phone. He places it around Lawrence's neck and gives him his phone. "Perfect," Sauren says. Lawrence laughs and Sauren follows.
Outside, Tarren is leaning on his car. He looks up and sees the two flirting with each other. Tarren shakes his head. "Young love. I will never understand it."

I stare at the transmission, fiddling with the cards. I lean back on my chair, looking around the cafe. I came back to the cafe since Lawrence has awakened to the Bathala card, the system is now alive in his room. I stand up and get the display. I walk up to see the room, covered in different wiring. I navigate around the messy place and see the drone in the middle of the table.
I place the transmission system on the table and find a chair nearby. I spot a chair near the window and grab it. I take a seat and look at the drone, attached to the table and the computer. I pet the drone and the whole system awakens. It responds to the pet positively and takes a good look at my face. I fly up but get stuck on the wires. "It's fine. Don't fly out. You seem to be stuck but may I use you?" The drone nods its head furiously and goes back to the table.
I take a look on the computer and see the cards that were placed in the system still there. I print out the cards and grab the cards. I pet the drone once more as a sign of thanks and look at the transmission.

Sauren and Lawrence hop out of the car and are greeted by a building. Lawrence takes a quick glance and notices this place to be the entertainment of Lamanta. Sauren and Tarren step inside the building and Lawrence follows from behind. What greets them is a counter with people working behind it. The logo of the company shines bright on top of the counter and reads "Aesteria" in a fancy font. Tarren slides a card on the counter and the people working notice the three. A person notices them three and guides them to the elevator. They follow the personnel into the elevator and they press a button. They then greet Tarren and Sauren and the elevator door closes.
"We use the underground for our training area. The company of Lamanta knows about our situation and takes care of us. Since you're with us already, we will be using your cafe as a way to exit the place since Sauren says that the place is familiar to him which makes it easier to create a time crack."
Lawrence looks at both of them in confusion. "Tarren will explain more later when we settle down."
The elevator stops and the doors open. They are greeted by a giant hall. Different training dummies are scattered around, different weapons are stuck on the wall. Part of the floor is of soft padding and part is hardwood flooring. The three-step in and settle themselves inside. Lawrence looks around the place and analyzes the area. The drone wiggles from his pocket and flies out of his pocket. The drone flies towards Sauren and flies around it.
"Okay, okay. Stop first." The drone stops in front of Sauren and gives it a pat. The drone wiggles its wings as if it is saying that it is satisfied with the pet. The drone flies everywhere and analyzes the place. Tarren notices the drone and asks Lawrence what it is.
"I got it from the boy who gave me the deck of cards," Lawrence says. "But before I explain more about this drone and what it can do, can you please explain to me what is going on."
