Basil, Yda, and Tarren land in front of their future selves who are looking at them in concern. They get off the boat and they begin to prepare, however, Tarren on the other side speaks up.
"Look, we don't want to do this and we both know that you guys are going to win this and kill us. We already accepted this fact. Let's just fight and get this over with." Tarren says to them. Completely shocked, Basil replies.
"Are you sure this isn't one of your schemes to make us feel bad?"
"I don't know whether I should feel offended by what you said," Tarren speaks up. Basil looks at Tarren and apologizes to him. "Anyways, why are you saying this?"
"Look, I should not say this but us three have agreed. Future Sauren is not going down with a fight. All of us agreed to just destroy it all and just go down but Sauren won't listen. He believes that if he could still get Lawrence's card, he could change this world." Yda speaks up about this matter.
"Everything that we say is true, you can trust us because of this." All three of them show their cards and see that their cards are not tainted in black.
"All of our cards except Sauren have gone back to their original color. We are okay on seeing our Lawrence one last time, it gave us the closure we needed."
"Except Lawrence." Future Basil says. "He planned this fight to get to Sauren and Lawrence at the expense of our lives."
Tarren and the others are shocked by this exchange that they didn't expect this. "So are we to fight you or?" Yda asks.
"Of course. You came here for a fight and we will fight you but do be well aware that this fight is just to delay you guys from reaching Sauren and our Sauren's plan." Future Yda says.
"Of course we will," Yda speaks up, getting ready for a fight.
Both teams prepare and get ready for their own fight. Present Tarren begins to shoot out different rocks and hurl them to the other team. Yda lunges and starts attacking her future self. Basil brings up a wall and throws it at them.
While the battle ensues, Sarato and Kaden look at each other in horror. They immediately contact Lawrence who is sitting down in panic.
"You heard everything right?" Sarato asks Lawrence.
"Yeah, it's a good thing Unice and the others are done with their battle. I will ask them to quickly go to Sauren and check on him. Sarato and Kaden, contact the others and give them the warning." Lawrence tells them.
"Copy," Kaden says. While they were talking, the battle came quickly to a close. Kaden and Sarato watch intently.
"Congratulations. You won fair and square." Future Basil says as she drops to the floor. Tarren and Yda drop down too on the floor smiling.
"Well is this how this is going to end?" Future Tarren speaks up. Present Tarren, Basil, and Yda drop down breathing heavily as the future selves say their last word. "Any last words before we go and help Sauren."
"Good luck and we hope for this world to be better." Future Yda says while smiling before closing her eyes. Tarren breathes in and raises his hand. A meteor appears from the sky as they turn back. Tarren drops his hand and the meteor strikes where their future selves fall. Future Tarren, Yda, and Basil all accept their fate and hold out their cards.
Seconds before the meteor strikes, Kaden and Sarato quickly run towards the future people and grab their cards. Hiding behind a lower patch of land, the two hide from the blast of the meteor.
Once everything settled down, they raised their heads to see the meteor strike down on the future group with only but a hole and black ashes remain. Sarato and Kaden look around to find the boat of Tarren and the others about to fly. Noticing this, they quickly run towards the boat. Sarato and Kaden hold on to a paddle grab for dear life.
Up in the air, Basil notices the two holding on to the paddle, asking for help. Basil, with the help of her plant growing ability, is able to grab on the two and bring them on board.
Catching their breath, they lay down on the floor, hoping to not get dizzy with the circular paddling motion of the paddles.
"Who are you?" Yda asks them, reading the weapon just in case.
"Wait." Sarato holds up a finger and gags on the air as they try to regain their consciousness.
Kaden gets up immediately and tries to explain but immediately falls down on the floor as they slowly lose the balance of their body.
"Okay." Sarato, finally gaining consciousness to speak. "We are Sarato and Kaden, we need to go to Baguio and help Sauren."
The trio looks at them with confusion. Sarato tries to explain the situation but doesn't get it.
"We are literally going there, right now." Basil points at the dot where Sauren is located on the hologram window.
"Oh yeah, right." Kaden nervously laughs and sits down.
"Sorry." Sarato sits down beside Kaden.
"Lawrence, can you hear me?" Sarato speaks to the drone.
"Hello? Hello?" No response.
"Oh no. Quick, we need to go there now." Kaden says to them and they paddle quicker.
Sauren and Lawrence look like they are in deep danger. This is not good.
