On october 13th, I went in the northern part of Cebu, with strict compliance of protocols of course. I have attended an event and have seen some of my old friends which I pretty much missed.
As I entered the venue, it is full of people with bright faces, which, I liked. Some are friends of mine, old and new, and some are people I don't know. Strangely, I want to get to know them.
A week before, I was contemplating whether I attend the event or not. Luckily, I did attend. I have seen my friends, not to mention I have seen my Tito! Which I have not seen for months. We took picture of course. The event was very nice. I got to spend time with my lovely friends, and I also have one buddy that tagged along, which I allowed since she came all alone. I love her. Yes, this buddy of mine is a SHE.
I'm telling you. She got this exceptional beauty and attitude, which, most men have loved about her. She moved elegantly as always, with her pretty eyes and smile, she does not need to speak for people to like her. I must say I am proud I have that kind of friend. With that, we spent time together and ate lunch together.
The sun started to set when we finished the event. Slowly, people are off to their homes. The amount of time we spent on the event have made us physically exhausted. Despite the exhausting event, we had fun all day.
As I enjoyed spending time with most of the people, I slowly got socially exhausted. Yes, that happens to me countless times. I am pretty much an introverted person. I most likely stay at home rather than going out. However, I could have missed a lot of things if I did not attend the event.
Everything was great, I have spent time with friends, socialize (maybe for a short time haha), enjoyed my time outside my home, and made new findings about myself.
The beauty of not letting the indecisiveness part of us is very very heart warming. Big or small event, we must take part of it. The occurence of big and small things to happen is highly possible. We may learn something from others, from ourselves, or even the process of getting and coming from the event. We get to find out something within ourself we never knew we had.
We sometimes need to go and just let ourselves be free even for a day. Findings are always interesting.
