Chapter Eleven: THE BALCONY

Wheein was getting ready. Time flew so quickly. It was already Saturday and Wheein needed to be ready before 2.00 pm. After a shower, she was having her hair and make-up done thanks to two people that her parents have sent.

She decided to apply natural makeup, but an elaborate hairstyle to show her back due to the type of dress she was going to wear today, a light peach V-neck dress, which shows her beautiful back.

The two girls who were with her, helped her to get dressed and the last thing they do, was put the tiara on Wheein's head. When they finished, Wheein turned and saw herself in the mirror. She was surprised by her silhouette. "It's been a while since I wore this tiara." thought Wheein looking at it.

"Princess, you should go downstairs. The car is waiting for you." said one of the women.

"Let's go," said Wheein. As she descended she noticed Taehyung. He was wearing a black suit, which made him similar to an angel, well a dark one with that suit and hair. He raised his eyes to see Wheein descending the stairs like a princess she was. She was particularly pretty with that dress and the tiara made her look royal.

"Princess Wheein, we are ready to go," said Taehyung. While he walked with her to the car. The car had a screen that separated the back seat from the driver's one.

Taehyung sat with her in the backseat, and when the car started, he turned towards her to tell her the words he was holding.

"Whee, you are really pretty. I love how the dress fits your body. You are so stunning tonight." Taehyung confessed. His eyes were fixed on her.

"The suit makes you seem like a dark angel. A sexy one. That was my first thought when I saw you. I would love to kiss you, but I can't because I don't want to ruin my makeup."

Taehyung kissed her carefully on her cheek and grabbed her hand to hold hands with her. They were talking until they arrived at the palace. In their way, they had decided not to tell anyone about their relationship, so from now on, their behavior would be guard-princess in front of everyone.

Taehyung opened the car door for her, and when she got out, she could see Jin wanting for her with a wide smile on his face. He began to run towards her, and his strong arms were hugging her.

"What a beautiful sister I have! You are fantastic tonight!" Jin said with excitement.

"I missed you a lot, Jin!" said Wheein while she kissed his cheek. "Let me see you! You are so handsome in this suit." Her gaze noticed Moonbyul, who was looking at everything from a distance." Byul, Am I dreaming? The royal uniform looks so good on you." Then turning towards Jin, she said "I'm a bit upset with you. You didn't tell me that Byul was your girlfriend."

"Wheein, Byul has already punished me," he said.

"Yes, I punished him as I promised." Everybody laughed. "And about my uniform, I know I'm astonishing. It's our uniform for special occasions like this one."

Wheein looked at Taehyung and she wondered why he wasn't wearing that uniform. He answered the question before she could ask it.

"I need to get changed. I couldn't wear the uniform with humans around. Once you are inside the palace, I'll go to my house." He gave her a beautiful smile.

"Oh! Then we can go inside." She said surprised. "You need to hurry up. Remind you that you are my bodyguard today!"

They continued to speak to each other while they walked through the entrance of the palace.

"I'm so happy that you are here. Tonight it will be amazing. Did you know that the Monarchs let us enjoy the party with everyone tonight? There will be guards around so the royal guard can enjoy. The only thing prohibited is alcohol, because we need to be sober in case something occurs." Moonbyul was so excited about the party. Wheein, Taehyung, and Jin were smiling seeing her excitement.

"It will be an excellent night." Thought Wheein forgetting all her fears.

"By the way, has Namjoon left to pick up Hwasa?" Wheein asked.

"Yes, she will be on time. Namjoon is like our leader. He is responsible and caring. Hyejin will be good." Taehyung said.

They were still smiling when they entered the palace. However, they weren't the only ones smiling. In one balcony, the king and queen were seeing and hearing them since their arrival. The monarchs smiled at each other, and then they left the balcony.
