A/N
Thank you for everyone who has read my story. I plan to write a chapter or 2  everyday so...Be on the look out.
I stand outside taking in the sun rays, until I hear the sound of music blasting down the street. Then I see the source of this music pulling in front of my house. The Porches black tinted windows roll down, to reveal a curly haired girl with bright ruby red lips. ""Hurry up an get in" She said. I roll my eyes and slip into the front seat. "Well good morning to you to, Zaytoon". She does an exaggerated sigh " I said don't call me that in public, call me Olive". I roll my eyes and look around "I don't see anyone except us for us two" Zaytoon thinks about it for a second "Well yeah I guess that's true, but still don't use that name unless we're with family, alright?" This is something I never liked about Zaytoon, she dismissed her name so she wouldn't be seen as Muslim. Now that I think about it who am I to talk, I don't wear Hijab so people don't think that I'm a terrorist. Not that Muslims are terrorist but whatever.
Five minutes later we pull up in front of Shazmah's house. Zaytoon honks the horn a bit until a girl in a purple hijab and matching sneakers runs out the house. She slides into the back seat "Sorry I'm late had to feed Suri". Suri was her demonic orange blood thirsty cat. "it's alright" Zaytoon an I say in unison "We understand". Zaytoon starts the car an heads to school. "So Shazmah why do you always wear your Hijab, you have beautiful hair. All the guys would drool over you." Shazmah is quiet for a while then she says "I do not care what the boys think, only what Allah thinks" Zaytoon laughs " So you like having no other friends except us, and being an outcast." She took it to far, she crossed the line, and she knew it. She looks in the mirror at Shazmah's face and frowned "Hay I'm sorry, I didn't mean it like that" Shazmah looks out the window "Can you stop the car please" Zaytoon a little shocked at the question stopped at the curb. Shazmah opens the door "Nice to know what my friends think of me" And just like that, she left. Leaving Zaytoon an I sitting in the car quiet and shocked.
