Zim slowly got closer to the little village seeing everyone go on about their business. He looked around and noticed a lot more people were... happy here.

He didn't even know this was an actual place. He didn't remember seeing it on his map, did he somehow accidentally gloss over it? Zim walked further and further into the town, feeling better and calmer as he quickly forgot about everything else in his life. Feeling like someone else. Zim stood on the side of the road, feeling the wind hit him carefully. He was still on edge but felt somewhat calmer. Zim quickly got impatient standing around and turned to walk away when his eyes quickly locked onto someone, staring right back at him.

They had a light brown tone to their hair, with a little strand hanging down in front of their face and a soft green jacket to match his mesmerising emerald eyes. Their eyes were wide open, looking back at Zim and his mouth gaped open in shock. His legs seemed to shake in fear as he quickly twisted his body and sped walk the opposite direction. Zim was startled by the encounter, speedily following the stranger behind, watching them turn multiple corners to try and lose him.

Zim quickly exposed his PAK legs, jumping over buildings to get ahead of them. Watching them look behind themselves before walking though a small alleyway. Zim quickly dropped down, fully showing his PAK legs to this stranger. The stranger froze in their tracks, looking up at Zim in horror as he slowly levelled down to stare directly into their eyes.

"Why are you running away?"
Zim demanded as the figure stayed quiet, their mouth opened like they were going to say something but decided not to. They clenched their fists, twisting their side bag behind their back.

"Why were you following me?"
The figure asked Zim back, staring directly back at him. Zim raised an invisible eyebrow, feeling like he knows this person.

"Well obviously because when you saw me, you ran away."

"Well how do you usually react to someone with a totally different skin colour and mechanical legs coming out of their back?"
The person smacked back, swinging their hands around as they grew more frustrated and defensive. Zim lowered himself, touching the ground and hiding his PAK legs back inside.

"You may have a point..."
Zim agreed, remembering how no one back at home would never really care, except for Dib who saw right through it.

"I won't tell anyone if you just please stop following me."
The stranger bargained, slowly stepping back towards civilisation.

"Fine... human."
Zim agreed as they turned around and sped out of the alleyway out of sight. Zims PAK legs burst out of his PAK, slinging him back onto a nearby roof. Like hell he'd just let this person go. How could he trust them? He followed them as they cautiously walked seemingly towards something. Turning into a building, and disappearing from Zims birds eye view.

Zim carefully crept down, looking through the door they went into, watching them pull something out of their bag, that clicked and clacked. Inserting it into another door and twisting it about. Quickly running inside. Zim peered around the building seeing a window. Zim floated up to the window, looking inside and seeing what looked like a bathroom with a door opened revealing that figure leaning against a door.

Zim made sure to hide out of sight, only the top part of his head exposed so he could look inside. Zim quietly used an extra PAK leg to slither under the window, carefully and silently forcing it open. The window must of been locked as it wasn't budging. Zim quickly stopped as he heard floor boards creek closer to him. Hastilly retracting his PAK leg as he watched the figure walk into the bathroom, rubbing his eyes aggressively. Turning to the sink and cupping both his hands on it as he stared into the mirror.
