Zim towered over Dib, seeing his eyes morph into those of horror.

"Will you promise?"
Zim spoke, glaring daggers at Dib.

"What? Promise what?"
Dib questioned, trying to use his shoulder to level himself up. But quickly being pushed back down by Zims pointed heels.

"Promise to do as I say?"
Zims voice deepened as he didn't say his name. Something he did a lot when they were kids. But Dib quickly noticed he stopped doing now. Zims PAK legs tightened as he waited for a response. Mainly for what he wanted to hear. Dib groaned as his felt the pressure become unbearable around his waist.

"O-okay... please just let me go."
Dib begged, feeling his dignity slowly fade

"Okay... what?"
Dib swallowed any respect he had left for himself, looking away as he continued.

"I... promise to... do as you say..."
Zim led out an accepted hmfph as his PAK legs loosened and removed itself from Dibs body. Zim backed away as Dib sat up properly, clutching his chest as he tried to calm his breathing. Zim continued to linger in front of him, watching as he heaved for air. Only moving away from Dib when an unsettling noise erupted from behind him. He jolted his head towards a ringing noise that kept rewinding when it sounded like it was finished.

"W-what's that noise??"
Zim questioned, stretching out his sharped claws in paranoia.

"That's just the landline..."
Dib took another deep breath in, gesturing over towards a telephone that was rested on a nearby table.

"Probably my work wondering where i am."
Zim looked over at the landline, using his PAK legs to adjust himself towards the table and over to the phone. Dib looked speculatively at him, curious as to if Zim ever knew what a phone was. They weren't really big when they were kids, only growing in popularity when Dib was in his late-teens. Dib watched as Zim grabbed the phone, leaning it closer to where his ear would be. His antennas perked up as he seemed to focused intently on something- most likely the phone. Zims facial expression suddenly changed into confused as his eyes narrowed down, looking puzzled.

"Who is Blake?"
Then finally, Dib realised that Zim had actually answered the call. Dib quickly jumped off the bed, grabbing the phone out of Zims hands and smashing it down back on the reciever quickly ending the call.

"Who is Blake??!"
Zim suddenly shouted at Dib, making his face fall down, exhausted and surprised Zim didn't put two together yet or even question that part yet.

"It was my fake name okay?? Ugh now I'll have to call them back..."
Dib massaged his temples, leaning against the table as Zim analysed him, seeing him look tired as he mentioned them again.

"Don't go."

"What?"
Dib questioned, moving his hand as he looked down at Zim.

"Just don't go."

"Zim- i can't just not go, i need money. I have to pay rent somehow."
Dib groaned again, moving his hands up but quickly retracting his right shoulder where Zim had bit him. Quickly covering it with his left hand. Zim watched as Dib just sighed very loudly, bouncing off the table and walking away, towards the bathroom. Zim stood by the phone, thinking up a solution to keep Dib with him at all times. He said he needed money.

Zims PAK legs suddenly opened up again, throwing Zim towards a nearby window, opening it up and flinging himself out, where his plan was about to happen.

Whilst Zim swiftly left, Dib applied some creams and covered the wound in bandages, wincing at the softest touch. Dib caught his reflection in the mirror, seeing his old dark hair again and round glasses. It had been almost 3 decades since he saw himself. Dib looked closer, ignoring his wound and admiring himself in the mirror. It was a totally different person now. After so long he just got use to being "Blake". Dib messied up his hair, kicking his brain back into reality as he went back to dealing with his wounds.

After it was all bandaged up, he walked outside, expecting Zim to be there waiting or atleast inspecting his stuff but he was nowhere. Dib cautiously removed the blankets, and opened all his cupboards and draws. But still no annoying alien. After that whole rage scene, Zim definitely wouldn't just up and leave. Then Dib felt a cold breeze blow past him. He looked towards the direction of it to see an opened window he didn't leave open before. Dib sprinted over to the window, looking out.

"Shit."
Dib mumbled to himself, slamming his hands on the frame of the window as he ran outside, more worried of what Zim would do then whether people would recognise him. Dib guessed he might have ran towards his work, since Zim was just trying to convince him not to go. Only question is what is Zim planning. Dib counted the few blocks he had to past till he arrived at the local supermarket he worked, feeling like it was farther than any other time he walked over there. Making him run even faster, almost crashing into the slow automatic doors.

Dib rushed inside, expecting to see all hell broken loose but nothing. No alien forcing people to run out screaming or any alarms going off. It was like a completely normal day.

"Hello sir, are you alright here?"
A kind fellow asked Dib, appearing beside him, wearing their green work uniform and an obviously fake smile. But that smile quickly disappeared and the man stepped back as he caught eyes of this man. Recognising him but at the same time not.

"Blake? I didn't know you wore glasses and...were your eyes always hazel?"
The man questioned, as Dib quickly realised his eye contacts were out. He quickly tilted his head away from his employee, covering the exposing side with his hand as he tried to brush it off.

"Haha I'm sorry but I'm not Blake..."
Dib hesitantly apologized, backing away, still looking up to find Zim. Finally realising he could help.

"Although... have you, by any chance seen a small, green-skinned... person walk through here?"
Dib stepped back to the person, making them perk up as they placed their hand under their chin, trying to remember todays appearances.

"Oh no, i don't think so sorry."

"Oh okay, thanks..."
With that Dib quickly left the supermarket with him of course wishing him a good day as they were forced to say to every customer. Dib looked all over the street, everything looked normal. Dib rushed back towards his apartment wondering if maybe he went past somewhere he may have gone. Or maybe he didn't actually leave his apartment to begin with. All of this was fogging up his mind, slamming his head with his fists in frustration as he suddenly heard a tapping noise.

Not like tapping from high heels or someone's nails, impatiently, tapping a table. But a mechanical spiked tube, tapping to grab someone's attention. Dib darted towards the sound, hearing it clearer near an alleyway. Dib slowly walked closer towards it, hearing it become more louder and persistent. Dib walked faster, stopping right in front of the entrance of the alleyway as he saw nothing. No alien or PAK legs to be spotted. Is he going insane? Dib walked further inside, pondering if Zim was just playing some sick hide and seek with him.

"Zim?"
Dib softly blurted out, looking around for him. Then as quickly as he could of said 'fuck this' those same mechanical tubes wrapped around Dibs waist, dragging him off the ground. Dib watched his legs dangle above the ground as he got further and further into the air. Dib looked up hoping to see Zim. Dib was pulled over onto the roof, where he finally locked eyes with Zim, a egotistical smirk on his face.

"Did you miss me~?"
He snickered as he dropped him down onto cement ground, feeling the rough winds hit him. Feeling a small blush cross his face as he caught his eyes noticing a large suspicious bag.
