You slept soundly in Izuku's arms on the hustling train. He was tired too, but he'd rather stay awake and be your pillow. Besides, he could enjoy the feeling of holding you.
You had a small smile on your face, and he assumed you were dreaming. Izuku smiled, glad that you found at least some peace on the loud train.
You stayed with Izuku in the hospital until he was discharged. The few days were full of treatment for the three injured boys, some conversing, and boredom.
Sometimes you were kicked out of the hospital room so that they could get their treatment, then you'd been left to sit in the waiting room until they were done. You found a few children's colouring books in the lobby, and secretly took them for yourself to cure your boredom, so it wasn't as boring as it could've been. You still have them in your bag in fact.
He was severely injured, and he would need to rest for while. This was going to inflict permanent damage, it wasn't just some broken finger that could be healed in seconds. This was major, and the doctor was sure to tell him that.
He appreciated you coming to see him in the hospital, and he wasn't sure how to repay you.
He took a quick look at his phone to check the time. There was still a half hour before you got back to Musutafu, for the time being he would be able to think about a gift to thank you for all of your help.
