Chapter 13

Grace POV

At the mall:

"So any particular reason why we at the mall today" Kim questioned as we walked around the mall.

"I just wanted to hangout with my bestfriend" I said trying to shift her attention elsewhere

"I'm flattered but I know when something is bothering you I wouldn't be your best friend if I didn't"

I sighed she was right there was things bothering me and maybe I should talk about them instead of trying to push them down.

"Blake cheated on me or...has been cheating on me"

"Oh my god really that bastard who told you?"

"No one I seen him making out with some girl at the party"

"I'm so sorry I wasn't there for you"

"No it's ok you wanted to enjoy your night and who am I to prevent you from doing that"

"Thank you but I still feel horrible"

"Don't Alex was there with me and she did everything right it was nice she was nice and comforting in warm and caring" I said going on

"Careful bestie it almost sounds like you're in love" she teased causing me to blush a bright red.

"That brings me to the kiss I kissed Alex" I said Kim head then snapped towards me and a wide smile started to spread across her face

"Omg did you really"

"Yes"

"Well...how was it"

"I don't know I was drunk and sad I remember kissing her just not the feeling"

"Well..maybe you should try again" she said with a smirk on her face

"Kim I'm not gay I keep telling you this"

"And I keep telling you that my gaydar don't lie"

"Well maybe it's malfunctioning" I said Kim gasped dramatically

"How could you, you know my gaydar is fully functioning" she said I just rolled my eyes at her in response.

We had walked around this whole mall and hadn't bought anything I was getting hungry and tired so we decided to go to the food court.
We got there and took a seat looking at the menu.

"So what are you getting" I asked Kim

"I'm just about to order a salad what about you"

"I'm going to get the cheeseburger and fry's meal"

After ordering our food we waited for our order to be done talking to past the time. Kim told me lots or things we mostly only talked about Kim's love life as mine was falling apart it's been Along time since I seen her smile the way she does when talking about Taylor and I am genuinely happy for her.

"It sounds like you really like her"

"More then that I feel like I'm falling in love with her everything about her just makes me smile"

"That's great just you know be careful Kim I heard that she's a bit of a player"

"I know I've heard the same but I have Faith that she's changed"

"I hope your right"

"I hope so too"

Just as our conversation ended our food arrived. "Here you are ladies" the waiter said, setting our plates down in front of us. He then started checking me out I went to give him the money for the food but he refused. "You ladies meal today is on me" he said before winking at me and leaving. I was confused but I just brushed it off and went to eat that's when I felt a pair of eyes staring at me so I stoped and looked to see a very devious look on Kim's face
