⊱ ─ Ten Years Later ─ ⊰

"Jacobs takes the puck, she passes it to Banks, Banks soars down the center ice. And... He scores! The power duo has won the championships for the Mighty Pro Ducks! They bought it home for their team. Look at them celebrating with their Coach, Charlie Conway. The youngest coach in the pros," The announcer spoke through the radio. Daisy wrapped her arms around Adam, the two of them cheered like crazy as Goldberg skated up to them with Averman. The four original ducks celebrated on the ice together, Charlie watched them with a proud smile.

Daisy turned her head towards her fiance, Charlie. He winked at her as Banks, Goldberg and Averman skated around her chanting "Flash! Flash! Flash!" With the crowd joining in with them. She closed her eyes taking at the moment, the thrill of the win and the pure ecstasy she felt. And as she skated over to the love of her life, the two embraced each other with pure love. "I'm so proud of you, baby," Charlie tells her before the two collided in a passionate kiss. "Alright, love birds... Wait until after the celebratory party," Averman teased.

The team headed into the locker room, Daisy had a quick shower before changing into some jeans and a blouse. She braided her damp hair as she walked back into the locker room where Charlie was waiting for her, the others having already changed from their uniforms. "You gotta admit, we had this game in the bag from the beginning," Daisy says as she stood in between Charlie's legs, resting her arms around his shoulders. "It's all thanks to the power duo, right?" Charlie asks making Daisy laugh lightly. "And our amazing coach, of course," Daisy added.

Daisy let out a slow breath as she ran her fingers through Charlie's hair before she rested her forehead against his. "Char..." Daisy breathed out. "Yeah, baby?" Charlie asks with his brow raised. "Let's get married... Let's just do it, yeah? I wanna marry you, Charlie. What do you say?" Daisy tells him, a wide grin began to appear on Charlie's face. "Tonight, let's go for it then," Charlie replied. Daisy nodded before grabbing his hand, the two rushed out of the locker room like a couple of lovesick children.

They met up with the team. "We're getting married!" Charlie screamed out, the large crowd of people cheered in response before they headed off to find themselves a priest to wed them. The team followed behind them as they rushed off to the local church. Adam, Averman and Goldberg made a bunch of calls to the former ducks and the loving families, they all piled into cars and rushed off. By the time they reached the venue, it had been decorated and the many guests had arrived.

Connie and Guy rushed over to the couple and pulled them apart to get ready for the sudden wedding. Connie, Tammy and Julie came together with Charlie's mother to get Daisy ready into a beautiful white dress. They all spoke happily with each other as the minutes flew by, Daisy felt more and more excited for this moment. Daisy had been dreaming of becoming Daisy Conway since the moment she knew she loved Charlie Conway and despite everything that had happened over the years, she wouldn't change that.

Daisy's heart was racing as she stood outside the door, the girls made their way into the hall before she did. "I knew this day would come," A familiar voice startled the blonde, she turned her head to see Gordon Bombay standing beside her. "Gordon Bombay, what an amazing surprise," Daisy spoke as Gordon smiled down at her. "You look beautiful, Daisy. I just couldn't miss this so when Adam called, I came as soon as I could," Bombay explained. Daisy embraced her former coach now friend in a tight hug, "You've been a huge part of my life. We found hope in ourselves thanks to you, Gordon Bombay."

The two pulled away from one another with smiles. "Which is why I want you to walk me down the aisle and give me away," Daisy added leaving Bombay stunned. "A-Are you sure?" Bombay asked. Daisy nodded, "My father would want you too, I want you too. You've been a father figure to me Bombay and I'm where I am today thanks to you." Bombay wipe a tear from Daisy's cheek before blinking back one of his own tears. "Well, let's not keep your husband-to-be waiting then," Bombay said before holding out his arm. Daisy looked to the door and smiled, she lived the life her father always wanted for her.
