After Moving with my sister to her one-bedroom upstairs apartment, my children and I. I knew I was going to have to get my place eventually. It didn't take me long to find employment. I went to work for a company called Compaq Computers. With my past job experiences, this job was perfect. It required soldering skills. My last Job gave me that experience. I worked on that job for about three months and then a reevaluation came up, and because of some discrepancies on my application, I was let go. Which occurred after I got into that world.
I regretted that. It only made it harder to find a decent job. I didn't let that stop me. Giving up was not an option. That is something to consider when you decide to engage in illegal activities. My advice, don't do it. My children and I moved out of my sisters and moved in with my sister another sister.
It was much better. She was married with 3 children, all boys. and husband .He was a twin. I enjoyed watching the children play together. I never once stopped worrying about my children. But with my addiction, it didn't always seem that way. after a couple of weeks, I went to work for a company wiring telephone blocks. About a month later, the owner of the company asked if I would be interested in helping in the back, where fiber optic cables were being built? I was always interested in learning more. He explained to me how he have only needed one worker in the back, but because of a huge order, it was gonna require more workers to get the order out on time. He had invited some of the engineer's wives to help also. I picked up on how to build the cables quickly.
There was only one lady in that department before I went back there. When the two wives showed up on that third day, that made four of us. We worked great together. Right before lunch, one of the ladies asked, what plans I had for lunch? Just a sandwich and chips. I said. Would you like to join, we ordered Pappadeaux, she said. I quickly said, yes sure I love to, I said.
So I joined them for lunch. While sitting together eating. She said there was something she wanted to share with me. It's a very sensitive subject, and I couldn't just speak to anyone about this, she said. But when I saw you, something assured me that I could share this with you. I had no idea what she was about to say. I was sitting in my front room watching T.V. and I went to turn the lights off, she said and when I set back on the sofa, I began to see images of people everywhere, she said. They were from different generations, I could tell by the way they were dressed. Something tells me you too have seen them. I was shocked because I had seen them, about a month ago, at a friend's house I was recently introduced to. I didn't say anything to her about what I had seen. I did ask her how long she had been living there though. Didn't want to scare her. She began to tell me she had gone to her Priest and shared it with him. He responded that these are lost souls, and they showed themselves to you because they need to know wish way to go. The next time you see them, he said to tell them to go to the light. We both agreed that we were not afraid when we saw them. I was told as a child, that I was born with a veil. I was much older when I realized That I could see things, that were unexplainable.
I lived with my sister for a little while longer before I got a place. Little to say things didn't work out. I struggled with my children and my sickness. I found myself moving in with a lady I met there in Houston. My children and I were sleeping on her sofa. I knew this wasn't gonna work. So I reached out to my husband. Keeping my children fed became a problem, I wasn't familiar with any assistance program there in Houston. I found the fridge empty one day. So I put my big coat on and walks to the nearest grocery store. I stoled food to make my children sandwiches. I felt so shame, but I wasn't gonna let them go hungry. They did complain about the fact of me forgetting the cheese. but I was glad they weren't going hungry.
My next concern was getting my children ready for school. I had no transportation, so my only choice was to use the busing system. Which I was not familiar with. Nor did I have the money to pay for the ride. After locating the whereabouts of the schools, and I do mean schools. I decided to walk. I had to walk to two different schools to enroll all three of my children.
