Chapter 4

-Jeremy's POV-

I walked out of the pizzeria still in awe of what just happened that night. Mike had saved my Life.....

I walked past multiple parks and houses until I got to my house. Whilst I was walking I swear I saw a Flash of purple as I walked. I shrugged it off, hoping it was just some one with a purple shirt on, or in cosplay.

As I walked up to my house, a loose board fell by my feet. Surprised, I squeaked out in fear, falling back onto the muddy lawn.

I groaned as I sat up, trying to shake the mess off of me, but to no avail. Taking dainty steps full of caution towards the cracked door. I took the handle and opened it slowly revealing my father, Looking at me with bloodshot eyes.

(WARNING: ABUSE)

"WHERE THE HELL HAVE YOU'VE BEEN!" My father screamed.

He grabbed me by the collar of my uniform and Pulled me inside. "I-I've Been a-at my new j-job"

He lossened his grip and dropped me to the floor and kicked me in my stomach area.
"I CAN PAY FOR MYSELF YOU NOTHING OF A SON!"

He kicked me again but in the face and a lot harder.

Forcefully he picked me up and threw me against the blood stained walls. Leaving me there to bleed to death. After a few minutes of waiting I finally got enough strength to pick myself up and crawl

Up my stairs and toward my bedroom.
I collapsed on my bed and started sobbing
Suddenly I heard a scream, then a thump, then silence.
Suprised and curious I got out of bed slowly and walked down the stairs.
Peeking out from behind the stairway I saw my father. Lying in a pool of blood motionless and
Eyes full of utter horror.
My breath pace picked up as I stared into his eyes. Tears prickled down my eyes, and I felt my face heat up, not from sadness, but from fear.
There was a murderer in this house.....

I walked toward him horrified and touched his arm. It was ice cold.
At that very moment I knew that my father,
Was dead.
