The one with the not so lazy day

Saturday 22nd August

7:30 am In Ron and Hermione's bedroom

Rose and Hugo are 3 and a half months old

"Good morning love" I wake up to the voice of my loving husband.

I smile at him without opening my eyes and say "Good morning handsome"

I open my eyes to see my husband sitting next to me in his PJs holding Rose and Hugo who are both wide awake in his arms.

"Good morning sweethearts," I say kissing Rose on the head and then Hugo.

"What about my kiss?" My husband askes me with a pout on his lips.

"I almost forgot," I say sitting up and kissing Ron on his lips and he starts to deepen it before I pull back and take Rose out of his arms.

Then as I snuggle up to Ron and Hugo, Crookshanks jumps onto the bed and cuddles up to my side purring.

Wondering if we could stay like this forever, if I could take a mental photo of this I would but I just smile as Ron kisses my head.

We stay like this as a family of four and a cat for about half an hour Ron kisses my head every five minutes until a knock at the door so Ron gets up passing me Hugo.

He walks out of the room to answer the door leaving me with Hugo, Rose and Crookshanks.

Ron walks back in and says "It's Carly with Archie" (Carly was the dog trainer for Rose's guide dog we named Archie).

"Ok," I say standing up with Rose and Hugo in my arms and we walk downstairs to find Carly holding Archie's leach while he sits down.

"Good morning Mr and Mrs Weasley I'm here to bring Archie to his new forever home," Carly says "Here is all his stuff donated by the guide dug trust UK and here is his schedule to be followed every day and when little Rose leans to walk then Archie will be there to help her around the house and outside he will also be sleeping next to Rose to see to her every need so you two can relax and since he has been here before he knows his way around so all I have to do now is hand him over with all his stuff and wish you the best of luck"

Carly passes Ron the schedule and Archie before bringing all his stuff into the house "Now where would you like all this?" She askes me.

"In the main living room please just through that door there thank you," I say nodding to the door on my right.

She takes everything into the living room before coming back in front of us saying "Now I'm going to leave you to get back to what you were doing before and let Archie settle in"

"Thank you so much for this how much do you want for all your hard work?" I ask her rocking the twins as they start to get fussy.

"Nothing, nothing at all, the only thing that I care about is helping a family in need and seeing them happy is all that I need," She says before walking out of the door.

Ron locks the door with his wand.

"Wait so Archie is here to stay and we have a dog now?" Ron askes me looking down at the dog in question.
