"How...many...more...? Please don't tell me...that some...escaped"
Professor Oak asked as he tiredly slumped into a chair while watching a pile of pokeballs in front of him which Red have filled once again with the pokemons that he have (accidently) set free from earlier.
The old professor momentarily turned his attention back towards Red who only nonchantially shrugged his shoulder, causing the elder Oak to facepalmed at the 10-years old plain answer.
Feeling his job isn't done, Red prepared to headed out once again to search the missing pokemons only to feels a hand grabbed his shoulder, stopping him in his track. Turned back, Red blankly watched the professor who now have a tick mark appeared on his head.
"Oh no you don't, you thief!"
The ravenette rolled his eyes in annoyance, If they keep wasting time in here, the runaway pokemon would far long gone before being founded let alone catched. Red wordlessly Shrugging the professor hand from his shoulder and walking away towards the exit.
Once out from the lab, Red dashed aimlessly, his eyes keep darting around his surroundings, looking for any sign of the missing pokemon.
Hearing a rang of bycle's bell, Red momentarily slowed his pace allowing the now biycle riding professor Oak to catch up with him.
"I know what you trying to do and i appreciate that, but you can't do it yourself! You don't know what to look for!"
Red allowing a small smile to be formed on his face.
"After we get them back, just remember...i'm turning you in!"
And the moment is ruined with that comment, causing Red to send a deadpanned look at the professor who busy focusing on the road ahead while riding his biycle beside him.
Kanto, Viridian City
a meowth aimlessly walk through the road of viridian city seemingly minding it's own business. It was a small, feline pokemon with cream-colored fur that turns brown at the tips of its hind paws and tail. Its ovoid head features four prominent whiskers, wide eyes with slit pupils, two pointed teeth in the upper jaw, and a gold koban coin embedded in its forehead. Its ears are black with brown interiors and are flanked with an additional pair of long whiskers.
It stopped on it's track once it noticed the presence of professor Oak.
"Here, Kitty Kitty!"
Tilting it's head curiously, the meowth carelessly approached the professor without suspecting anything. But face planted into the ground when something hit it's head from behind.
Before it know what hit it, a red beam comes out of what revealed to be a Pokeball and sucks the Meowth inside.

PING!
Red has succesfully Capture the cat pokemon. The ravenette then walked towards the pokeball then picked up the ball from the ground.
"Great! Only one left to go"
The ravenette turned around and watch the professor who has grab his biycle from earlier and approaching him.
After reaching him, Red wordlessly handed the pokeball to Professor Oak and began his search for the last missing pokemon, which he guess would be none other than Bulbasaur since all this time he didn't see the seed pokemon anywhere around.
