Background: Oikawa is lecturing Iwaizumi about his uniform.
"You need to keep your shirt clean and not wrinkled."
"Okay."
"Don't forget your blazer."
"Fine"
Iwaizumi was getting a little annoyed.
"And keep your tie straight."
"What else do you want me to fix, mom?!" -Iwaizumi
Oikawa stopped fixing Iwaizumi's tie, he readjusted his grip. He then quickly and roughly tightened it, making Iwaizumi choke.
Iwaizumi quickly loosened his tie and Oikawa kept waking.
"Probably deserved that." -Iwaizumi
