Auggie's POV:

I am so flippin nervous. My hands are shaking like crazy as I go to button up my white blouse. I then put on some black pants with black socks, and black shoes I stole from papa.

I also put on my rings, and decided to wear my small stud earrings. I then quickly doused my hair in water, picking at it with my lucky blue pick. Finally I curled the front couple pieces of my hair before looking in the mirror and shooting a bright smile at myself.

"You clean up nicely Auggie," I say to myself, before leaving the bathroom.

I look at my watch, and it reads 7:40. I had about 20 more minutes until I had to tell my parents about my date.

Bitcoin Baddie 😝🥺:
I know you ain't hiding in that room bitch! Get your ass out here, and lemme see what you have on.

Me:
Are the parents there?

Bitcoin Baddie 😝🥺:
Yes.

Me:
Okay give me a minute.

I take a deep breath and then... the doorbell rings. I then hear his deep, yet raspy voice. Of course he came early.

I then hear a knock on my door. I take another deep breath then open the door slightly to see papa looking at me with a big smile.

"Uh hi papa," I say.

"Hi Auggie," he says, coming into my room then closing the door. "Where are you going?"

"Um... I'm just uh, studying with Ryker," I say.

"Oh," papa says, taking a look at my anime figurines. "Cool."

He then looks at my outfit and nods his head.

"Nice fit. Always have to look sharp when studying right?"

"Yeah," I laugh forcedly.

"Well if that's all, I'm gonn—"

"It's a date!" I blurt out. "I'm sorry I didn't tell you papa, but I was just scared and I didn't know exactly how to bring it up to you guys, and I'm just so sorry I didn't inform you."

Papa takes a seat on my bed then pats the seat beside him.

"I'm really sorry," I repeat.

"Auggie?"

"Yes?"

"It's okay, alright. You don't have to tell me anything if you aren't comfortable sharing it."

"Thank you for understanding," I smile.

"And besides, me and mama had a bet that you'd go on a date with Ryker by the end of this year. We weren't expecting it to be this early though," he chuckles.

"What! You bet on my dating life?"

"What else are parents supposed to do? Pay taxes? Ha! You're funny," He says, laughing exaggeratedly.
